"Just put it in" Billie demanded with an annoyed face.

"Billie, I can't" I muttered with shaky hands.

"I swear to god you're not going to break dragon" she huffed.

"No one else has ever driven her and if I break her, I'll never forgive myself"

Billie took both my hands in hers and looked me in the eyes.
"Baby, I could buy her 100 more times with the amount of money I have. Just put the fucking keys in"

"Goddamn, just flex on me like that" I chuckle.

I take a deep breath and put the keys in, turning them and starting the car.

"See, was that so hard?"

I stuck my tongue out at her and she laughed softly at me.
"Okay we went over this but let's do it again" she started. She explained the gas pedal, and brake pedal, along with the blinker and a few other things.

"You ready?" She asked.

"Yes," I mumbled.

I would drive literally any other car but she insisted I learn in her car. I don't understand why, she's so protective over dragon.

I put my foot on the brake and shifted into drive, softly releasing my foot off the brake.

"Okay now softly place your foot on the gas" she explained.

I nodded my head and did as told. My instincts kicked in from there as I swiftly and slowly made my way through the suburban area.

"Ready to try the highway?" Billie asked with excitement.

"Imma break your car" I pouted.

"Shut the fuck up and just go"
I shook my head but did it anyway as I turned off the exit to the highway.

"How far am I going?" I asked as we moved down the highway.

"Actually, make a left up there," she said, pointing to an exit.

She led me down a few roads, eventually turning to dirt ones with no other cars in sight.

"Are you leading me to my death?" I joked.

"Yeah, that's exactly what I'm doing" she nodded with a smirk.

Eventually, we pulled up to a dead end with a large rock reading "Sunken City" in spray paint.

"What is this?" I asked, parking in front of the rock.

"A date" she smirked.

She got out of the car, opening my door and taking my hand as I stepped out. Walking hand in hand there was a small path to a beach. The beach wasn't sand, it was a bunch of rocks and pavement, all covered in graffiti.

"This place is crazy" my eyes widened at all the broken down foundations of old buildings.

"Right? There was a landslide here in 1929 and it ripped all these buildings down, leaving cement and rocks" she explained, lightly swaying our hands back and forth.

"You're adorable" I smirked, looking up at her.
"How'd you know about this place?"

"Finneas and Claudia discovered it. I guess it's a place teens like to do graffiti and don't get caught" she shrugged.

I pulled out my phone and snapped some pictures of the things around us as we walked around.
