"I see," the princess hummed, having seen Bahiyyih tie the bow and not understanding a single thing she did.
"Would you like me to show you again, my lady?" Bahiyyih asked.
The princess responded with a nod. As soon as she did, Bahiyyih grabbed one of the ends of the string and loosened it, taking the bow out. She completed the rhyme again, going a little slower so the princess could see what was happening.
"You can give it a try on the other ribbon," Bahiyyih suggested.
"Alright," the princess said hesitantly.
She took the ribbon from Bahiyyih's hand and then wrapped it around her knee just like Bahiyyih did. When it got to tying the knot, Bahiyyih said the rhyme and the princess tried to tie the knot. In the end, it was a little sloppy, but it was a knot nonetheless. Seeing her small victory, the princess cheered happily.
"Look Ms Bahiyyih! I did it!"
Bahiyyih smiled at this. Seeing the princess's joy at such a small thing was so adorable. She could see why the prince was enamoured with her.
"You can call me Hiyyih, my lady," the maid told her, giving her a friendly smile.
"Well then, Hiyyih, you can call me (Y/N)," the princess replied, giving Hiyyih a certain smile.
"My lady, I dare not! If anyone should hear, I'm afraid I will be banished for addressing royalty so casually!" Hiyyih was shocked beyond belief.
"You needn't address me as such when I'm not around, but when it is just us two, I feel that 'my lady' is just too formal. If anyone takes issue with it, they can take it up with me."

"I believe that will be all for todays lesson. Do you have any questions?"
"What does 'Idelis' mean?" The princess asked Namjoon.
"That is a very nice try, but I do not fancy being beheaded by the prince so I shall hold my tongue for the time being." Namjoon gave the princess a friendly smile as she pouted, picking up her sheets of paper before heading out of the library into the halls.
She turned towards her room, not knowing where else she should go. When she reached her room, she placed her notes in a drawer and sat at her vanity, smoothing out her hair. A knock came from her door.
"Who is it?" She asked from her vanity, not bothering to turn around.
"Soobin," he called from outside her door.
With a jolt, the princess stood up and rushed to answer the door and had she not been so used to wearing such motion prohibiting clothing, she would've tripped over her dress. She opened the door and was greeted by the smiling face of the prince.
"Why hello, my lady. How are you this fine afternoon?" He asked. His features were soft and comforting, as was his presence.
"Very well, my lord. And you?"
"Quite well indeed," he responded. "I simply wished to invite you to visit the castle's garden."
"Really?" The princess asked with an excited gasp. "Of course! I would love to see the gardens!"
Soobin chuckled at the excitement of the princess and offered his arm to her. She looped her arm through his and held onto his forearm gently as he led her through the hallways and down to the gardens.
