They were flying again, this time a shorter flight, seeing how Moonwatcher lived close to the Rainwing kingdom. "So, who is Moonwatcher? And how do you know her?"

"Moonwatcher is a Nightwing. She has the power of mindreading and foresight. I know her parents."

"How do you know her parents? You're a Seawing and they are Nightwings."

"Good observation. Just because we are different tribes doesn't mean we can't know and be friends with each other."

"Okay. And how old is she?"

"Just a year or two younger than us."

"And she'll help us how?"

"She speaks to Darkstalker."

"I thought he was buried underground."

"He is."
"Can you stop being such a cryptic dragon?"

"Sure, if you want. She has mind-reading powers, yes? She reads Darkstalkers mind, and he reads hers, so they talk."

"How do you know this?"
"My ways."

"Whatever." Shortly after they finished the conversation, a dagger flew through the air, flying by Starhunter. It looped around and ran right toward his heart. He rolled out of the way, starting to fall toward the ground. He caught himself before he hit the ground and glided into a nearby cave. The other dragons were freaking out, worried that the dagger would go toward them. They started looking for Starhunter in the dark night. He was hidden in the cave, and suddenly, a dagger flew towards him, lodging itself in the stone behind him. It struggled to get loose from the stone. Starhunter ran over to the dagger and started breathing fire all over it, hoping to melt it. It did start melting, dripping like molten cheese all over the ground. The handle started burning. Finally, the dagger was destroyed. Hopefully, that stopped the magic that plagued them. Starhunter realized that it must have been Deepreef, attempting to assassinate him from afar. It was a cowardly way to try to kill him, but effective. He took to the skies to find his friends again. They weren't too far away from him and he found them easily enough. As soon as he regrouped they started asking him all sorts of questions. He was happy to answer.

Farreach was dead. She had a dagger sticking out of her head. There was blood everywhere. There were dead Nightwings everywhere. The ones who survived were either trapped in their houses or had escaped to the Rain Kingdom. It was a bad day to be a Nightwing.

<-—------------------------------------------------------------------->

The Sand Kingdom was not doing much better. Deepreef had taken out his anger on it, the houses were destroyed and sacked, and the Queen had been publicly executed in the town square. There were now Seawings taking over the Kingdom. Some of the peasants who did not fight were spared. Kori and Copperclaws found a place to hide while the fighting happened, and after it cooled down they came out and reintegrated. The bodies in the streets were being burned to ashes, which were being swept away by Sandwings and Seawings. It was a bad day to be a Sandwing.

The Ice Kingdom was dealing with the threat better than before Kingdoms. The Great Ice Wall was dealing with some of the Seawings, but still, they came through. Some were even swimming under the ice and bursting through the ground and ice ponds, the Icewings were no match for the superior training and enchanting of the Seawings. Their already razor-sharp claws and teeth became like the finest knives and swords, they easily crushed through the natural armor of the Icewings as they tore into their throats and chests. Deepreef was not overseeing this mission, but he had his new lieutenant, Whitewater, overseeing it. He was a powerful and strong dragon with scars littering his face. He was born to be a lieutenant or even a commander in an army. He led the charge from under the ice as he had other dragons with fiery catapults shooting at The Great Ice Wall. He knew it was animus magic, but it was worth a try. Finally, he heard a crack, and a crash and looked over. He had done it. He had destroyed their Great Ice Wall.

<—--------------------------------------------------------------------->

After hours of fighting with the Icewings, it was over. Whitewater had whittled their defenses down enough that they could break into the castle. They found the Queen cowering behind her guards. "Pathetic." Whitewater spat at her. His own guards attacked the Queen, and everything went into a panic. The Queen tried to escape out of a secret exit but Whitewater followed her. He caught her right before she could get out and started slicing her with his claws and biting her neck. He could tell she was about to use her ice breath so he shot back his own fire, right as she opened her mouth the fire went in. The fight was over quickly. Whitewater cut off her head and walked back to the palace. A few of his guards were dead or dying, but what really mattered was that the Queen's guards were dead. He showed off the head before heading outside. He threw it toward his troops who were gathered outside the palace eagerly. They all started freaking out and yelling, lost in their bloodlust. Another kingdom under the control of the Seawings.

<—--------------------------------------------------------------------->

A large group of Sandwings had already started gathering, only an hour or two after the initial attack. They needed more troops, but they had a sizable force already. They were going to take their Kingdom back. They had enough troops to take out the guards that were patrolling the fortress, but that wasn't enough to take back the fortress. They knew where to find more soldiers though, the seedy side of the Scorpion Den, unfortunately, you can't raise an army in a day.

The Peacekeepers had arrived at their destination, completely oblivious to what was going on around the continent, all they knew is that they had arrived. Abyss popped up to the door and knocked, a Nightwing opened the door and welcomed them in, "Abyss! What a pleasant surprise. Please come in." They entered the small home and saw who they came to see, Moonwatcher sitting in the middle of the room. She was smaller and younger than Starhunter had expected, but if Abyss knew that this dragon would help them, he would trust her.  "Moonwatcher?" Abyss asked, as if not realizing she was there. "Abyss? You came to visit?" Moonwatcher asked in disbelief. "Yes, we have. We came here on a mission though, not a fun visit. We need to make use of your powers."

"Alright, what do you guys need?"

"Darkstalker's location."

"The Darkstalker?"

"Yes."

"Okay. Let me see what I can do."

"Take all the time you need..."
