The 777th Battalion HQ has come up from Gonzales to resupply and reinforce.
All is well. Moral has been steeled, as are we back at the front, again facing danger at every moment. Even though we have faced a string of defeats after last week's news, my men are steadied in the fact we are doing what damage we can over here.
I guess I am regretfully thankful they are sending me back home for Ito's services. As much as I would like to stay in the trenches with my men, it was a unanimous vote, compounded by a direct order from HQ. This is not something I will contest.
Easter weekend has been quiet. No major enemy activity, and my paperwork is relatively lax after the utter sierra show last week. We have made extensive progress on all fronts, and have since dug into fortified positions on ideal ground. We now have room to breath. As of now, we are seven weeks to the end of my deployment.

Sadly to report, one of the fronts I have fallen short writing, not just here on 抖阴社区 but paperwork in general. To that end, I will be haphazardly including WIPs on Tales From The Temp Folder. I believe the situation has already been detailed in the last upload.
I may just have to start working on shorts, because I don't have the luxury to spend time on large projects. Even now, I can tell you, I have the inspiration to work on smaller projects, but am unable to due to time, prior commitments, and higher priority work.
Bear with me, in seven weeks, I will probably have the most amount of free time I will get in a while. I fully intend to get some progress done on WOH. As much as you want more uploads, I want to write.
I'm making it happen, trust me, I just need the opportunity.
