Third POV
Percy laid on Chloe's bed, said older girl laid next to him. Her head on his chest and and blunt in her mouth. She was clearly high. Off of the weed or pleasure, ill let you come up with an answer to that. Percy was on his phone, texting Lydia. It was now late in the day and yes, Percy had done more between Chloe's legs than just licking.
"How long?" Chloe asked. "About an hour." He replied. Chloe grunted in annoyance. "Why the hell is school so long?" She asked no one in particular. "Wanna quick round three while we wait?" Percy gave her a tired look. "Really? Why are you so damn horny?" He asked. "Max is a prude, Rachel's been craving dick and haven't wanted to have sex with me and I don't like anyone else enough to let them touch me. Well, I'd settle for Kate. She's not into girls though."
Percy shook his head.
"No. No round three. Let's go outside or something." Chloe rolled her eyes. "We don't have any money. What're we gonna do?" Percy smirked. "Who says we don't have any money?" Chloe gave him a look. "How much?" She asked. "Way too much." He replied. "Then let's go." Chloe jumped up and started throwing on clothes. Percy did so as well and they left the house.
Hours later, when school had let out Max, Rachel and Kate all made their way to the Two-Whales diner. That's normally where Percy would meet them. A few minutes of complaining about classes, Percy walked through the door with Chloe. The two were decked out in stupid clothes with sunglasses and Chloe was holding... was that an exotic fish?
"Who gave you two money you didn't need?" Max immediately asked. Percy just smiled. "Questions, questions. Yet, no answers." He said dramatically. He then kissed Rachel on the lips, Max on the cheek and Kate on the forehead. He slid into the booth next to Kate while Chloe squeezed in next to Rachel and Max. Luckily, none of them had very wide hips so it was easy.
"So, what happened? Why barely any contact for over a week?" Rachel asked. Percy sighed, took of his sunglasses off and launched into the explanation of what he went through over the week and a half. Or however long it's been. During his explanation, he ordered a glass of water. To prove his point he started manipulating the water to make a tornado. "I can do more than that. If we go to the beach that is." He shrugged. "So, we're dating a literal god?"
Percy shook his head.
"Not really, more a human with godly powers. Trust me, my other powers are ten times better than my godly heritage." He said then looked around suspiciously. "What? What are you looking for?" Max asked. "The gods get offended easily. Say one wrong thing about them they get pissy and start making it thunder." Percy joked. "I wouldn't say we're that bad." The girls looked towards the new voice as Percy groaned. He didn't even know who it was. Just that it was another immortal that managed to get past his senses. He really needs to stop tuning things out.
Sitting at the counter was a teenage girl, looking to be around Chloe's age of nineteen. Speaking of their similarities, like Chloe this girl's hair is dyed. It's a bright neon pink though with her natural black peaking through near the base of... whatever that is. Percy wants to say it's a mohawk, but its way too out there to be just a mohawk. She's dressed in a black, spaghetti strap tank top that bares her midriff, dark green cargo shorts, blue and red leggings and black boots. She has some accessories, but they're not important.
"If I may ask, who are you?" Percy asked. Kate shrunk behind him, clutching her crucifix. The girl turned around and looked into Percy's eyes with her purple ones. "Names Eris. Goddess of strife and discord." She said sauntering up to their table and leaning on with her elbows. "You sir," She started looking at Percy with lidded eyes. "Are causing massive amounts of Strife on Olympus. A son of Poseidon that ripped off Ares balls and now has the favor of Artemis." Eris explained. "People are arguing left and right about how long you'll last until Ares can't take the teasing and tries to have you killed or Artemis kills you to save her reputation." She shuddered.
"I haven't had this much energy in centuries. It's getting me all riled up!" Percy suddenly felt the need to snap at Kate for holding on to his arm, but he pushed it down. This was just like Ares, just a bit weaker. "How strong are gods again?" Chloe asked with clear annoyance. "Strong enough to wave their hand and force all of your molecules to combust." Percy droned. "What would that do?" Kate piped up. "Turn you into a pile of ash." She said.
"Bingo! Good job Christian girl." Eris winked at her. Kate avoided her gaze. "I'm not like those old coots in the council tho. Say what ya want. All I do is cause a few problem for ya. I'm not gonna piss you off then kill you for acting out." Eris waved dismissively. "So, who wants to fuck some shit up!?" She exclaimed. "Um, ya know. We're gonna be a bit busy for a bit. However, I have a friend in Bullworth that you can hang out with. She loves needlessly destroying things and causing strife to whoever she can." Percy offered. Eris' eyes lit up like a Christmas tree. "Gimme a name." She demanded. "Zoe Taylor."
Just like that, Eris was gone. Percy breathed out in relief.
"Well, that was odd. I promise, they're not all like that. Apparently, they're all moody and temperamental." He said. "Do they all piss you off for no reason?" Chloe asked. "Nah, that was just her aura. As the goddess of strife her presence makes you wanna get into arguments. It's like Ares. As the god of war his presence makes you want to fight and kill." He explained. "So, does Artemis' presence make you want to hunt or something?" Rachel asked. "No. I guess it depends on the domain." Percy shrugged.
"Well, that's weird. Um, what exactly happens now? Do we have to worry about monsters and gods popping up now?" Max asked. "Monsters? No, they won't bother you unless I'm around. Gods, eh. Maybe. That's a whole different story."
