Percy's POV

I arrived in Bullworth early on Halloween day to start setting up everything on the section of beach I had rented out. I couldn't get the whole thing, which I suppose is understandable. Despite schools and work not considering Halloween an actual holiday, it was recognized as one by the town so there would probably be a few people on the beach even though it's pretty cold.

I got to light house and moved a bunch of stuff into a back room and started setting up tables against the walls. The girls all were going to be bringing different foods and sweets so currently the only thing on the tables is a plate of my mom's blue cookies and a few bowls of candy from Sweet on America that I got for the day.

I looked around.

"Damn, I need a bigger place. Everyone is definitely not fitting in here." I sighed. I knew that not everyone was coming. Some like Kate didn't celebrate Halloween, some were doing other things like Bella and some just didn't want to come out. That's fine, but still. This place is small. I decided to play some games to pass the time so I went back to the motorcycle game I have and hopped on. Honestly, I don't know how long I was back there. I had stopped paying attention.

"Hey, Percy!" Is what snapped me out of my game. "You here?!" Zoe called. "In the back!" I called back. She made her way to the room I was in. "Hey babe. Ready for the mosh pit we're gonna have." She asked excitedly, bounding up to me. "I don't know about mosh pit, but it's definitely gonna be good." I smiled. She snorted. "Trust me. It's gonna be loud, there's gonna be a lot of things destroyed and it's gonna be fucking awesome." I shook my head.

"As long as you don't destroy the lighthouse, I don't care." I said. "No promises." She kissed my cheek. "Please. I really don't wanna have to fix anything." I practically begged. Yea, I could just use my powers to fix it, but in my opinion that's an unnecessary use of my powers. "Hmm, I could make sure nothing too important is broken. Although, I will need some convincing." She smiled saucily. "Really?" I asked, climbing off of my video game bike.

"Yup. Buy me lunch. I'm starving." Zoe smirked. I harumphed. "Tease. Fine, let's go, but we're picking up Lola too. Might as well." I said. "Doesn't she still have classes?" I snorted. "As if she cares. She's already said she was skipping today." Zoe shrugged. "I can respect it." She said. So, we went to pick her up from Bullworth Academy. When we reached the gate, I pulled out my phone to text her.

Black Hole w/ Eyes

Hey, come outside. Z and I are waiting

Alright, omw

I shoved my phone back into my pocket and started waiting.

"She said she was on her way." I said. Zoe groaned. "Ugh, she's probably finding her whore lipstick." She said grouchily. "Sheesh, what's your problem? You're not usually this upset?" I asked. "I just hate this school. Especially... oh God no." I looked to where she was looking and saw some fat guy wearing gym shorts and a dirty tank top. Immediately, he reminded me of Gabe. He had a porn mustache from the seventies and the top of his head is bald. He has one of those hair rings, you know the one.

"Who's that?" I asked. Zoe didn't answer. "Hey, you can't be here without reason!" He yelled at us. "We're waiting on someone." I said. "Do I look like I care sissy boy?!" I chortled. "Two-hundred and one." I stated. "Excuse me?" I shrugged. "So many people has insulted me that I've started counting the names they use. I've heard that one 201 times." I said. He looked like he was going to yell at me again, but then he spotted Zoe, who had stepped behind me. "Do I know you?" He asked. "Nope. Never seen you in my life." She said. "No, we definitely have. Ms. Taylor! Now I remember you. Zoe Taylor!" He exclaimed and stepped around me. Zoe stepped back when he did.

"Wow, you've grown since you dropped out." I could hear the...shit I couldn't even really describe it. The hunger(?) in his voice. I didn't care either way. "Ok, thats enough. Even Gabe wasn't this bad." I said and grabbed his head between my hands. "Don't kill him. I don't want you getting in trouble." She said. I hummed. "Just beat him up good." I sighed. "Fine." Then I threw him into the brick wall. "Woah, what're you doing?" Lola asked walking up to us.

"For now, leaving." I told her. "I'll be back for you though." I glared at the fat man. "Come on, let's get lunch. I'm paying, obviously." I said already walking away. I could hear Lola's hells clacking on the ground quickly to catch up. "Are we really going to walk?" I looked back at her. "Yup. Don't worry, you'll be fine." Lola whined. "Can't you just carry me?" I rolled my eyes.

"Fine, get on my back." I caved. Lola squealed and jumped on my back. "Alright, where are we going Zoe?" I asked. "How come she gets to pick?" Lola whined. "Because you're being carried. Now hush up." I said lightly smacking her thigh. "Zoe?" Said redhead shrugged. "Mexican Restaurant?" She suggested. "Which one?" I askee. "Thats the actual name of the restaurant." Lola said. "You're joking, right? Pleased tell me your joking." I sighed. "Nope." The girls chirped. "For fucks sake. Mexican Restaurant it is then." I agreed.

So, we headed to this Mexican Restaurant and sure enough, that was the name plastered above the door to the restaurant.

"This is going to be an extremely racist experience, isn't it?" I asked looking at Zoe, who nodded. I could also feel Lola nodding on my other shoulder. "Right, welp. Let's get this over with."
