After that, the three of them had joined the others, who sat out on the large balcony, Bulma having been forced to feed Lord Beerus while he was still here. As the three approached them, Whis perked up upon noticing Y/n.

"Ah, there you are. I was hoping to speak to you in regards to whether or not you'll be returning with me. We'll be leaving shortly if you're ready." Whis said. Y/n furrowed her brows, stepping away from Goku. However, as she did so, she suddenly felt violently sick. She hissed, grabbing her stomach as she looked back at him. Goku already looked on the verge of tears as he stared at Y/n, his sad eyes begging her to stay.

"I'm leaving, Goku. My life on Earth was basically ruined. There's nothing for me here." Y/n said. Goku huffed, clenching his fists as he tried to think of something, anything that could keep her here, with him.

"But I'm here. You can stay with me. I don't want to be alone again." Goku pleaded. Y/n stayed silent, not wishing to argue with Goku. She understood he was sad, but she just couldn't stay here and continue to ruin his life, as well as others. Y/n had completely crushed Gohan, and not only that, but she had also ruined the opportunities Bulma gave her. The only thing on Earth left for Y/n that wasn't entirely ruined was her family, her father, who sat alone, waiting for Y/n's next letter about school that was never going to arrive. Y/n grit her teeth at the thought, looking away from Goku. She couldn't stay, she wouldn't. Her angry train of thoughts was interrupted by Whis as he cleared his throat.

"Y/n, why don't you stay here and catch up with everybody? You can still come back afterward if you wish to. But at least consider their feelings and spend some time with them." Whis said. At his words, Y/n could hear Goku giggling as he rushed up to Y/n, wrapping an arm around her shoulders.

"Yeah! I'll convince you to stay, Y/n, you'll see." Goku said. Y/n scoffed, sighing as she crossed her arms. This was going to be difficult, maybe even more so than her strenuous training with Whis.

Goku had forced Y/n to spend time with the others after that. Y/n had discovered that Bulma still wanted to help Y/n with her school and studies, and had been lying to the school and saying Y/n had been sick for the last six months. Not only that, but apparently, Bulma was pregnant with her next child. That had shocked Y/n, but she shouldn't have been surprised. So much had changed.

Just like how Gohan had finally achieved his dream, following in Y/n's footsteps. Bulma had sponsored him as well, and he had graduated early and was now attending a prestigious school. He had moved into Capsule Corp., specifically into Y/n's old room. He avoided his family at all costs, only spending time with his younger brother, Goten. That new information had crushed Y/n, that was all her fault.

But the biggest change likely had to have been Goku. He truly wasn't lying when he said he was lonely. Apparently, Chi-Chi had split up with him. And Goku stopped getting out, going to see people. He really did just sit there in his old home, waiting for Y/n for months. And though he had told Y/n that with a happy smile, she knew he had been depressed. She still remembered his face after her fight with Frieza, the dark bags under his onyx eyes, how he looked as though he'd been crying. Goku was extremely emotional, as Y/n had come to learn. There was far more to him than she had ever realized.

After receiving a new set of her Supreme Kai clothes from Whis, Y/n awkwardly left everyone to go change in her old room, as well as just get a break from everyone. Even though they all acted overjoyed to spend time with Y/n, she knew that deep down, they were still sad. She just couldn't force herself to face the problems she had created. She just wished things would go back to the way they were before, before she'd ever gotten back her memories.
