The girls are in fits laughing at me and my gym story
Hinata: Stop it! He was NOT at that gym! Why would he be?!
You: I don't know! I'm just as confused as you are!
Tomayo: Tell me the story again! Call me jagiya how he said it to you!
I badly imitate him
Tomayo: I didn't think I could love him anymore...
Hinata: Oh Tomayo, please stop fooling yourself. There is no way he would speak to anyone with such an expression. Are you sure it was him Y/N? Could he have looked similar?
You: NOOOO, he remembered me! He knew about my purple fluffy pen!
Hinata: Wait, you used that thing for taking board room meeting notes?! Oh my god
They cannot contain laughing at me and my pen and the fact I used that one for such an important task
Lee walks over and interrupts the laughing at my expense
Lee: Good morning ladies! I've had something interesting left on my desk this morning... Y/N, you've officially been requested to replace Meiling as note taker for board meetings, plus others if needed of course
The laughing abruptly stops
You: Wait, what?
Lee: Well, I've been instructed to swap out Meiling for the 'girl with the fluffy pen' who I sent up to help a while back
She smiles looking very pleased that in choosing me she did something good
I do not smile... I panic and my heart is going a million miles an hour
Tomayo: So will Meiling be taking over some of Y/Ns work and they'll be swapping roles?
Lee: Essentially, yes! Meiling is aware and is currently learning with Psy as I have to help with other tasks this morning
You: So what do I do now? I just follow them around and write down everything the board members say?
Lee: Well, no. When requested you'll take notes and when the normal daily meetings happen you'll be there. Some of the board members may request you to take notes on some extra things such as phone calls or helping going over old meeting notes to find information they might need, but usually they'll also have their own receptionist who will let you know what is needed from you
Tomayo: Congratulations Y/N! This is huuuuuge! I'm so happy for you!
Hinata: YES, huge congrats, jagiya
They look at each other and laugh
Lee: Oh what lovely team spirit ladies! Now Y/N... get going! The first of the meetings begin in about 30 minutes, you'll want to make sure you have all the supplies you need in case meetings run over and end up becoming back to back. Here is today's time table, I will ask Meiling to write down everything else she is aware of and we'll go from there! Have a lovely day everyone!

I've got my purple fluffy pen and 2 notebooks, just incase and I bring along my caramel macchiato. I didn't want to carry too much around with me but I also cannot run out of paper or coffee
I take the elevator up to the top floor and begin searching for room three. I've still got 15 minutes but I'd rather just go in, sit down and breathe. Time to relax before the meeting begins
