The Metkayina's always longed for being reunited with their spiritual brothers and sisters, it was obvious since their migration could last at least a year every time it happened. So to celebrate their return, a new tradition had been added to the rest.

A celebration in which all the Metkayina's from each part gathered together with the rest of their neighbors, everyone sharing their stories and what they had gained in the migration period, sharing a special banquet near a bonfire, in which they threw everything bad that they don't want to experience again in their lifes, and danced with the clan's typical songs and moves, to finally spend the night watching the stars with their tulkuns.

An this migration wasn't going to be different.

As Tsu'kida approached the main area of Awa'atlu, she could already hear and see everyone preparing everything for today's celebration. Some of them carrying baskets filled with different food to specific areas for it to be cooked or divided, others moving branches for the bonfire and the rest decorating the area with flowers, leaves and big seashells.

She then saw the Sullys, who were all asking where to help to some of the Metkayinas that were around. Tsu'kida saw the Metkayinas telling them to help carry baskets to where the food was being prepared and decided to join them.

Good morning! Need some help here? ─ she said joyfully as she bent down and grabbed one of the baskets.

Oh good morning dear, yes we will need help with these, we will finish earlier with some help! ─ Neytiri said turning her head while she walked away with a smile on her lips, leaving the Metkayina amazed with how graceful she looked this morning.

Hello Kida! ─ Tuk screamed as she quickly ran to the girl and hugged her.

Oh! Careful Tuk, we don't want the basket falling! ─ Kida said as she laughed softly and grabbed the basket with one hand to mess with the youngest's hair.

Hey Tsu'kida! We are all going for a swim later, you should join us! ─ Lo'ak said as he walked next to her and bent his head a bit to a side to look at the girl.

I guess I don't have a choise! ─ she answered, receiving a mad look from Tuk. ─ Oh Tuk stop! I was just joking! Of course I want to join you all.

They all left their baskets and went back to get more, Tsu'kida was left a bit behind until someone slowed down to get to her side.

After we all go for that swim.. can you meet me at the seashore? I want to take you somewhere I found. ─ Neteyam said with a small smile forming on his lips that he was trying to hide. ─ I mean, maybe you've gone there before, but it's calm so we can talk there.

Sounds perfect. ─ the Metkayina answered with a wide smile on her lips as her eyes lightened, looking directly into the boy's eyes for a second.

They then kept walking together, looking at eachother sometimes and then looking away, always with smiles on their lips. Tsu'kida had always loved his factions, but for some reason his smile looked even more lovely as it had always looked.

And that's how their morning went on. Tsu'kida and the Sullys helping around with anything that needed to get taken care of, moving baskets, decorating and preparing branches. By the time they were all leaving to have some food for lunch, they were all already tired, but everything was finished for the festival.
