"What job does your dad have again?" Erika asked.
"He is a lawyer why?" I questioned.
"I never seen a house that huge for a lawyer." Erika said.
We were standing front of my dad's house since I wanted him to meet my girlfriend well he wanted to since he found out on that day and it kinda took weeks to do it because he is sometimes out of town for out of town cases until this week he is not.
I chuckled. "Yeah especially for someone that lives by himself."
When you are born with money I guess you can buy or do anything you want without people judging you even though money doesn't buy happiness at all.
I pressed the doorbell and waited for him to answer the door.
"My dad will like you I promise." I said.
"How do you know that?" She asked.
"You made a great impression on my mom when you met her so what made you think you wouldn't do the same thing to my dad?"
"Honestly I have no idea but I guess I am just feeling nervous right now."
"Meeting parents always will be a nervous thing to do like I was to your mom even though we weren't dating at that time but fast enough she liked me and maybe knew I was the right person for you." I said.
"Yeah she really said a lot of great things about you." Erika replied softly.
The door opened and Dad was standing front of the doorway.
"Hi Sammy." Dad said.
"Hi Dad I want you to meet someone." I said.
"Dad this is Erika my girlfriend." I continued as well.
"Nice to meet you Erika, my son told me a lot well not a lot but he told me about you." Dad said.
"Nice to meet you too Mr. Dylan." Erika said with a smile and shook my dad's hand.

We were eating dinner and Dad got to know Erika very well but honestly it is going great because I can sense that my dad really likes her even though all i want is my girlfriend to be liked by my parents...
"So how did you guys meet?" Dad asks.
"We met at school." I said.
"Ah yes high school love it can last if it want to." He said.
I could swear he mumbled something else that involves with mom but I decided to brush it off anyway.
Sometimes I always wonder what their relationship would be like if they didn't meet each other in high school just in college or in any random places in America or outside of the North America but who am I kidding it is just going to be the same like it is now.
"So Erika what is your intentions with my son?"
"I like your son very much and I know he likes me which all I need but he is caring, loving and sweet to me ,also he treats me better and is the best person that I ever had in my life." Erika said.
Damn I could feel the butterflies in my stomach like I really can.
"Just know that I will always care about him and treats him the same way he treats me." She spoke.
"I like you and honestly it is great to Sammy happy in his life with someone that he actually cares about and love as well."Dad said.
He is not wrong about that......
Erika smiled at me and I responded back with an smile on my face as I interlocked my fingers with hers.
"Yeah Dad and all it takes in a relationship together is make each other happy and just feel the love around them which is really special to me."I said.
Do I want to lose the love I have for Erika? No because I really fucking love this girl and if nothing ever go wrong then I could really see this relationship lasting forever and forever in my life.....
