INVISIBLE STRING ?

Sora's pov

After a week of working in Jeju, I was finally going back home. I was so excited to meet seungcheol. Not seeing him for so many days made me lose all my energy.
I walked out of the airport to get into a taxi but I saw seungcheol waiting for me. Without the care in the world I ran towards him and hugged him with all my might.
" God i missed you" i said as i broke the hug and looked at him.
" I missed you more my love " he said as he kissed me.

We got in his car and he started driving. " So how was work?" He asked taking my hand and placing soft kisses on it.
" It was good but tiring and I missed you so much" i said smiling. He smiled and squeezed my hand.

He parked his car a street away from my home and we started walking towards my house.
" Why not go directly to my house in your car?" I asked as he dragged my suitcase in one hand and held my hand from the other.
" Because in the car I can't do this" he said as he stopped and kissed my cheeks and then my neck. My cheeks turned Red from the touch. I chuckled softly as we resumed walking to my house.
" I want to tell joenghan oppa about us" i said and he smiled
" Sure darling" he said but my smile dropped
" Do you think he'll be okay with it?" I asked him concerned
" I don't know but even if he isn't I'll try my best to make him accept me as your boyfriend for the rest of your life" he said making me smile.

When we reached outside, we stopped outside the gate.
He looked at me and placed his hands on my waist bringing me closer.
" Whenever you are free let me know so I can spend the whole day with you"he said kissing me again as I wrapped my arms around him.
"we should do this all the time "he said smiling and i smiled back while we still stayed there looking at each other.

" Choi seungcheol" i heard Jeonghan's voice making me look at the gate from where he was coming furiously. Seungcheol upon seeing him gently pushed me away. Joenghan came rushing and punched him in the face making me gasp.
" Joenghan oppa" i said in a panicking voice as I walked forward to stop him.
" You stay out of this, I'll Talk to you later" he said making tears form in my eyes.
" That's my little sister you asshole" he shouted at seungcheol who looked up at him and then at me smiling, i could see blood on his lips.
" Oppa stop" i said as i stepped in between them.
" Sora, go inside right now" he said in an angry tone.
" No, you'll hurt him" i said my voice breaking.
" Sora, go inside I'll talk to him" seungcheol said trying to send me inside. I aggressively shook my head as tears escaped my eyes.
" No i won't" i said as i walked towards jeonghan.
" Oppa if you hurt him you'll hurt me. Don't do this. I was going to tell you" i said looking at him but he was fuming in anger.
" Tell me that you were seeing my best friend who you have treated like an older brother since 10th grade " he said angrily as seungcheol stepped in
" Sora look at me, go inside I'll handle it. please " he said making me look at him. I shook my head.
" Please " he said again as I was forced to go inside the house.

Seungcheol's pov

"Want to talk somewhere else?" I said to joenghan who was still angry and took another punch at me and then another. I couldn't stop him. I deserved it.
My face was definitely bruised on the cheek. After he calmed down, we walked to the convenience store and got an ice pack.

We settled down on a nearby bench.
" Seungcheol, she is my little sister" joenghan said in a serious tone.
" Joenghan i know you are hurt but I am not fooling around with her okay i seriously love her" i said to him as i placed the ice pack on my cheek.
He avoided eye contact and scoffed
" Break up with her, you shouldn't be seeing her" joenghan said making me look at him with a baffled face.
" You should rather tell me to jump of a building" i said as my cheek hurt from the soreness.
" You know what at this point you should" he replied casually and a laugh escaped my lips.
" Now it makes sense why she cried at the airport when you landed and why she cried on the wedding. You are the guy that she kept saying didn't like her back" he said making me feel sad about the fact that i made Sora cried so much because of me.
" Joenghan i know you might think it's not right but I really love her and i want to be there for. For the rest of my life" i said as joenghan looked at me and sighed. He shrugged and got up from the bench.
" Let's go, she must be worried sick" he said as i followed behind him.

The moment we entered the house she came running to me. She hugged me as i tried to hide my face. She still saw the bruised cheek as tears formed in her eyes.
" It's okay I am okay" i said as she stormed towards her brother.
" I told you not to hurt him" she said in breaking voice as she stood in front of her brother tears escaping her eyes.
I made her cry again, i really need to work on myself.
" Don't worry he won't die" joenghan said rolling his eyes.
" You know what you and me are no longer family, we are done" she said pushing past him and over to me. My heart ached to see that she goes to so many lengths for me.

" Alright fine sorry okay. You don't need to say that" joenghan said rushing over to her.
She looked at him still crying as joenghan engulfed her in a hug.
" I am just worried for you okay, that's my job as your big brother" he said patting her head.

After sometime she Stopped crying and we all settled down in the living room.
" Seungcheol you better not break her heart or I'll hunt you down" joenghan said as i nodded with a smile.
" Oppa you should stop now" Sora said as she put some oniment on my bruise.
" Look at you all lovey dovey towards him. Even my hand is bruised" he said making Sora glare at him.
" Who started it?" Sora said with a glare. A chuckle escaped joenghan's lips making me chuckle too but immediately regretting it because of the bruise.

( Epilogue)

Sora walked to yonsei University to meet her brother but actually she just wanted to see seungcheol. Since he graduated school she couldn't see him a lot so she would use an excuse to see him through her brother.

After waiting for few minutes, she saw them both walking out of the university.
" Sora shouldn't you be at cram school?" Joenghan said walking towards her but her eyes were fixated on seungcheol.
" Just missed you" she said making up an excuse.
" Missed me? You see me at home every night?" Joenghan said with a questioning look.
" It's okay, let's get some food" seungcheol said motioning Sora to walk with him as joenghan walked with wonwoo behind them
" How's school?" He asked her as she looked at him shyly
" It's good" she replied as they kept walking.
The wind made the petal from the cherry blossom tree fall on her hair.
" Wait" seungcheol said as he removed the petal from her, his face extremely close to her. He smiled and handed her the petal. She smiled at him as they continued walking.

Later she ran to her room and placed the small Petal in her diary. The dairy had all sorts of things she has gotten from him.
The candy he gave her, the ticket from the amusement park, the receipt of the lunch they had together.
She wanted to preserve these memories forever and ever
