"I'm Garrett's younger half-sister." Victoria said as she sighed, before she nodded at the awkwardness. "Victoria Kelton." She said as she held out her hand and then, Connor was shaking it quickly.

"Connor Reed." Connor shook hands and Victoria nodded, right before she was now leaning back against the window. "Tommy, are you staying over again?" He asked.

"Is the couch free?" Tommy asked and Connor shrugged. "Sure thing." He said as Connor was nodding, before he realized that Victoria had fallen asleep in the backseat of the truck.

"So... How exactly do you know her, Victoria?" Connor asked as Tommy was carrying the sleeping girl into the house and silently, he was tucking her in on the couch.

"It is a really long story with twists and turns all over the map. But to make a long story short, Victoria and I met after she was attacked by the Electric Gang that got taken down, not too long ago." Tommy said and he was looking over at the sleeping woman on the couch.

"Right. That one that was mostly gunned down, they liked to lure people into the area with a lot of lights to make them feel safe and they would take them all out." Connor remembered as Tommy nodded. "So, did you sense it happening?"

"Of course I did. As soon as they saw that she was a Hydro, they threw everything that they had at her." Tommy shook his head. "A Class Five Hydro, versus ten members of the Electric Gang."

"She's a Class Five?" Connor asked as he looked over at the sleeping woman, who was lying so still that she could have honestly been mistaken for being dead.

"Yep. I could actually stop your heart if I chose to." At the quietly spoke words, Connor and Tommy both jumped as she opened her eyes. "You guys are not as quiet as you think." Victoria noted and Tommy winced.

"Sorry Tori." Tommy muttered and Victoria shook her head.

"Wait, how would you be able to stop our hearts?" Connor asked and Victoria glanced over at him, before she was sitting up and looking at the two of them.

"Being a Hydro doesn't just mean water." Victoria stated as she was shaking her head. "I can decrease or increase blood flow, the human body is over 70% water, so I can use anything that gets near me. I could create blood clots if I wanted to really hurt somebody, us Hydros are much more dangerous than we look." Victoria said as she was looking over at the kitchen sink, before she narrowed her eyes and the water spilled out of the tap.

Connor's eyes widened at the action and when she blinked again, the water stopped. "But our main strength is also our weakness." Victoria noted as she turned back around to look at them as she shrugged. "Take a guess at it and if you get it right, Tommy gives you money."

"Hey!" Tommy protested.

"Electrics?" Connor said and Victoria nodded with a big yawn.

"Yup." She said as she cracked her back. "In the span of a second, our biggest strength is suddenly our biggest weakness. Most of us, find that out the hard way." Victoria noted as she was shaking her head. "Now go away, I need to sleep." She muttered quietly.

"You're in my house." Connor reminded and Victoria glared at him, before she swiftly was narrowing her eyes. Connor winced as he was holding his arm and she was narrowing her eyes with a flash.

"Tori, stop it. Please, stop!" Tommy said with a sense of pain and urgency in his tone and at the words, Victoria let it go, once she noticed how much pain Tommy was in and he was holding his head.

Victoria disappeared and a second later, the only thing that showed she had been there was a puddle of water. "What the hell did she do to me?" Connor asked as he saw that there was clear bruising on his arm and Tommy sighed.

"She probably just started bursting some of your blood vessels in your arm." Tommy said almost casually speaking and Connor stared at him, in disbelief that he thought it was normal. "Look, she ran away from home when she was 13. She has probably just reappeared in the truck outside and she will sleep out there, most likely. She's freaked out by new people so the fact that she couldn't make it home... that is probably what's happening now."

"You think that she's going to sleep in the truck?" Connor asked and he was walking over to the front window as Tommy got up and followed him.

Sure enough in the passenger seat with it reclined back, Victoria was staring at them and Connor sighed. "Will she stay out there all night?" He asked and Tommy shrugged.

"She doesn't have enough energy to jump through puddles, all the way back to mine so probably she will." Tommy said and he was yawning. "Can I sleep on the air mattress?" He asked.

"Yeah sure, man. It's already blown up in case you decide to crash again." Connor said as Tommy was going upstairs before Connor followed him.

After a while of Tommy's snoring and Connor still not being able to sleep, he got up and he walked out of the door. Connor knocked on the window of the truck and she was glancing over at him. "Come on in, you must be cramped in there." He said after he had opened the door and she sighed, before she followed him.

"Sorry about your arm." Victoria mumbled quietly and Connor was shaking his head at the words, before she walked over to the couch and she was asleep within a few minutes.
