When the next day came around, Azura woke up feeling ecstatic. She was so excited to try and create a safe cavern in the Arctic for the autobots, as she knew it will benefit everyone long term. She made sure she had enough recharge, as she knew it was probably going to make her extremely tired when she was finished, and Optimus knew this as well, and made sure that Azura would have enough recharge and energon so she was ready for the day.
All the autobots were very supportive of Azura, as they knew she had amazing abilities that could really help them. Azura did feel as though there was a bit of pressure, but she and trying her best to now let the pressure get to her. She didn't want it to cause her to be distracted. So she tried not to think about it, especially as she spent the first bit of the morning painting.
Optimus was watching Azura paint as she was relaxing after being fed. He was waiting for Ratchet to be ready so the medic could come with them so he could be there to observe if something goes wrong. Azura had wanted to go to the Arctic as soon as she finished feeding, but she understood that she had to wait for Ratchet, and calmed down so she could keep herself busy while she waited.
Bulkhead had opted to come while Bee would control the ground bridge while Arcee would go with Jack so he could select the new tank decorations that Azura was wanting. Bee did offer to pick all three teenagers up, but Raf did have something on today with his family, and won't be at the base until the afternoon, and Miko's host parents also planned something, so the bots didn't need to worry about the humans.
Ratchet finally walked into the lobby after a bit of time, as he knew that Azura would eventually get upset, and will make it known very loudly too. "I have finally finished what I have wanted to do for today for now." Optimus turned his head and smiled as Ratchet spoke. "I am hopeful that this will work, but I also think if it does work, it will show the extent of her abilities to a point. I know she will get stronger the bigger she gets, but it will still be interesting to see how strong she currently is."
"I believe that too. However...in some way, I can't help but worry about that knowledge." Optimus looked back at Azura who was still painting, and seemed to be focused enough to not notice the conversation. "Especially...Megatron..."
"We still don't know yet what his intentions could be for Azura, Optimus. We don't know what their new intentions are at all right now, but I understand what you mean. But he does not know how strong she is or could be, so Megatron only knows a little bit. Even if it might be enough." Ratchet placed his hand on Optimus's shoulder. "But we should not worry about that. We got something to do. I know that Azura is extremely excited about it, and I hope she does not push herself."
"I have reminded that extensively with her, as I know she is extremely excited over the fact that she could achieve this, but she needs to remain calm." Optimus looked to Azura before he smiled. "I shall see if she wants to go. She's been painting happily for the last hour, and she seems to be focused on it as well." Optimus walked over to the platform and Azura looked at him as he approached her. "Azura, Ratchet is ready to head to the Arctic. Do you still wish to travel there to proceed? Or do you want to finish your painting before we go?"
Azura looked at her painting. She had been painting an image of a unicorn, and she was almost done with it. But she would need to wait for it to dry a little bit before she would be able to finish it. She turned to Optimus with a big smile. "I'm more than happy to go now. The paint can wait." She dunked the brush into a cup of water. "I guess I need to get into your chassis first. I certainly do not want to freeze my toes off when I..." Azura extended her hand as she spoke excitedly to Optimus and knocked one of the paint holders, and it was full of white paint, and there was still plenty of it. And Azura accidentally knocked it all on her side. "Oh no!" Azura was stunned as she looked down at her chassis and right arm before looking at Optimus. "Sorry..."
