PERSONALITY AND CHARACTER ANALYSIS: Hayfa Ayad is shy but has a bubbly personality. She comes off as very naive, but she is actually extremely mature and handles herself very well around others. She gets nervous when performing in front of others and has a little bit of stage fright, which she is working on. She is not confident and her insecurity sometimes comes off awkwardly. Many people have accused her of being overly defensive, though this is not true. She just has an odd sense of humor and can sometimes be socially awkward. She is a hard-worker, but she often lets her own emotions get to her and it will affect her ability to perform properly in day-to-day activities. She also has a tendency to get extremely invested in her own issues, making her slightly self-centered. However, she truly wants to make others happy and she has pure intentions.

CHARACTER ARC: Hayfa Ayad was born an only child in Amman, Jordan to a Palestinian Christian mother and a Jordanian Muslim father. Her mother was a refugee from Gaza. Since Hayfa was a smile child, she has struggled with her identity. Her parents encouraged her to pursue a career in the medical or pharmaceutical field. She eventually settled on pharmacy and enjoyed it, but it wasn't her passion. Her true passion was music and singing. Still, she studied, went to college, and got a degree in pharmacy. While she was in college, however, she also began posting covers and original songs to YouTube. By the time that she graduated college, she had garnered a fanbase and had been offered a deal with Awakening Records. She agreed, with her parents blessings, and became a popular music artist. She met BTS at the 2022 Grammys and sparked a connection with Kim Tauyung (also known as V). They began a relationship a year later, but kept it out of the public eye. Only their friends and family knew. She has been vocal about various human rights issues, such as her support for Palestine. She signed a letter urging for an immediate ceasefire in the Palestinian region and wore an emblem for "Artists for Ceasefire" at the Grammys.
