A trip to hell and back (Nick and charlie)

*Charlie's pov*
Me and Nick get back to mine after shopping and just chill. We play games with Oliver, Tori and Michael and help Oliver build a pillow fort. Once Oliver goes to bed and Micheal goes home it's just me, Nick and Tori in the fort.
"So are you guys excited for New York?" Tori asks. "Oh my god yes i can't wait" Nick responds, "you could have come you know it's gonna be fun." "Charles you know my summer is for sleeping." Me and Nick laugh. "Right i'm off to bed, goodnight boys," me and Nick watch her leave the fort then look at each other. I smack him with a pillow. "Oi!" he yells and hits me back. We have a pillow fight slapping pillows in each others faces before we start wrestling and rolling around, Nick pins me down with one hand either side of me hovering over me inches from my face. I nervously giggle and he stares into my eyes as we lie there in silence with a tension that was almost too thick to breathe. "Um.. i should be getting home," he says as he jumps up. I sigh slightly and get up and walk him to the door. "I'll see you tomorrow," "yeah..bye char" he says before walking out the door shutting it behind him. Char..?

I'm up most of the night stalking Nick's instagram. He's honestly so perfect, i watch some of his old rugby games and scroll through his photos of him and his dogs, then him and his family on holiday. I wonder if he's thinking about me too. I quickly close my laptop and call Tao.

"Charlie you do realise it's 2am?"

"Yeah sorry..i just needed someone to talk to."

"What's wrong?"

"I um..i have a crush on Nick and i don't know what to do"

"WELL DUH"

I laugh. "I just can't stop thinking about him and yes i know he's straight but i feel like we keep having little moments and i'm just so confused. Like we hang out all the time and i just don't know how much longer i can keep it to myself."

"I don't know what to tell you Charlie i'm sorry. If you really think he might like you back then talk to him about it. I seriously doubt he'd stop talking to you if he doesn't like you back and you told him. It might be a bit awkward for a while but at least you'd know and you can move on. You should speak to him or you'll just destroy your self trying to read into things."

"Yeah..thanks Tao."

"No problem that's what i'm here for. But ruin my sleep again and we'll be having words."

"haha..sorry. Goodnight."

"Goodnight Charlie."

So that's that. Maybe i should actually consider telling him. But when?
