"We're being deployed to Ord Mantell, or should I say I'm being sent there." I spoke up, staring out into the star scattered space beyond the glass. I felt Wolffe shift his eyes over to me but he didn't speak up so I continued on. "An informant wants to speak to me about something."

"What about the people on the planet?" He questioned, feeling the confusion drip off of him.

"Obi-Wan's arriving momentarily, he'll take over watch and accumulate the other two cruisers while this one heads off." I explained to him. I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay here and go crazy staring out into space or if I would rather head off to a city in which the Black Sun operated out of. Neither seemed like great options. Especially with the heavy weight of what the information this lady wanted to tell me was.

Obi-Wan's three cruiser fleet dropped out of hyperspace with harsh thuds, finally allowing us to depart. The coordinates for Ord Mantel were set in the navicomputer and we were pulled forward into hyperspace leaving Obi-Wan to defend the planet in my absence. It was supposed to be a joint effort but that idea was long out the window now.

Having fallen back into realspace, orbiting above the dusty planet that is Ord Mantel, I made my way down the halls. Stopping in at one of the storage rooms that held a plethora of credits for this exact purpose. Filling up a case of Republic credit I could get my hands on before I continued down the halls towards the hangar.

"Area is devoid of Separatist forces, General." Jaxz' voice chimed through the comlink strapped to my forearm. That was a good sign at least. Now we just had to hope we didn't attract the attention of the Black Sun when we touched down on the planet's surface.

Entering the hangar the boys were already onboard the ship, no sign of them outside it. I couldn't hold back the soft smile at the sight of the Loth Wolf painted on the side by Patch pretty much as soon as we had acquired the small cargo ship. Climbing up the ramp, I dropped the credits on top of one of the crates stacked in the hold before heading up the adjacent ramp to the small flight deck that housed four seats.

Wolffe was sitting in the co-pilot's seat, Sinker and Boost chatting about something that happened at 79's some weeks back. I smiled, listening to their hushed conversation that they thought Wolffe and I wouldn't be able to hear as I slotted myself at the helm of the ship. Their story got more interesting, transitioning from a woman Sinker was chatting up to one of the Coruscant guard members making a scene with a random patron.

The ship hummed to life, immediately halting their conversation. I turned over my shoulder to the two men leaning against the back wall, Sinker behind my chair and Boost behind Wolffe's.

"Who ended up on the floor?" I questioned them, both of their eyes widening ever so slightly at the fact I'd heard their conversation. "You can't have thought you were being subtle." I shook my head, chuckling as I turned back to the controls and sent out the signal to inform those on the bridge that we were departing now. "I was invested. Who ended up on the floor? The member of the guard or the random guy that decided to pick a fight with him?"

"Who do you think?" Boost said, shaking off his horror that I'd called them out, instead amusement could be heard in his voice once more.

"The Coruscant guard just spun around and swept his leg out from under him." Sinker explained, making a chuckle leave me as I slowly lifted the ship up off the ground, retracting the landing gear.

"Bet he got in trouble for that." I mused. The thought of being a member of the guard made my smile fade however. They reported straight to Chancellor Palpatine, I couldn't imagine anything worse. There was little to zero chance that that man got off scot-free. The two hummed in response, the room falling quiet.
