The soft tapping of my foot against the hard metal flooring of the bridge could hardly be heard over the sound of Anakin's cruiser firing upon the opposing Separatist fleet guarding the planet we were trying to get down to. I was nervous and Wolffe wasn't here to point it out. He would've just told me to quit it. I sighed, folding my arms over my stomach, watching the lash from the cannons streak through space to pierce the enemy ship through the viewport. Not being at command of the ship was almost worse to me. Anakin was in charge here, even if I outranked him.

"General, we're receiving an urgent transmission from the planet." Admiral Yularen's voice shattered the silence between Anakin and I. The both of us watching the battle unfold, but with the call from the surface we were forced to me.

Rubbing at my forehead, I followed loosely after Anakin to the comms station, the holographic image of a trooper flickering in and out above the console by the time we arrived. I folded my arms again, watching with squinted eyes, finding it difficult to watch as he fired.

"General Skywalker, our base has been overrun." He ceased fire to look up at Anakin, the image continuing to flicker as he spoke. "There's no possibility of evacuation." He informed us, a shaky breath escaping me as I turned away from the hologram. "Aah!" I flinched at the sound of his shout, my eyes sealing closed. "They've taken General Ropal and the holocron memory crystal."

"Do you know where they've taken them?" Anakin asked, leaning closer.

"Sorry, sir." He apologised, letting out a soft groan in pain. "We tried to stop them, but they left the outpost." He explained before a scream ripped from his mouth causing my hands to shake at my sides. I quickly clenched my hands to stop the awful tremble.
