I let go of his hand

"You don't belong here" I said

He nodded

"What if I just--"

I shook my head with a sad smile

"You have been suffering here Ace.. I can tell, even if you adjust to modern life... You can't stay without your brother and pirates and nakamas" I explained

He seemed speechless

I must have being exactly on point

"I don't mind you choosing your entire life over some girl from another dimension" I said

He started to rub my hand with his now

".. Don't say it like that" He said, tears dropping from his eyes

"Idiot you get attached so easily" I gave him a light punch

"You are my idiot tho" I said

We were now sitting in a park bench

He put his head on my shoulder

"And even if Oda writes a female character for you... I won't forgive it if you leave me" I said

"I know" He said in a low tone

"And don't mess around too much like you did with Blackbeard"

"Eat and sleep in time... Tho you always do that" I said with a small giggle

"Do Tell Luffy about me"

"And we are also practically married too okay?" I said

He nodded as he raised his head up

"I will grow older than you in some years tho, one Arc goes on for so long, I will gain 5 years before you guys can complete one month" I said jokingly

"I don't mind, you are already old" He said

We went back to the apartment and Met the fireman next door

"Good evening" I said

"Y/n san! Ace! We have been looking for you!" He said

"Why?" Asked Ace

We entered their apartment, not knowing the answer yet

The whole apartment was there, having hotpot

... "We will be holding a farewell party for you!" He said

"I will be eating half of it tho" He said

"Can you even hold back that much?" I asked

Laughter filled the house as everyone of us talked about our dreams and childhood

"But true through! I was sure that Aki is your boyfriend!" Said the Fireman's wife

"Nah he is just an Trustable friend!" I said

She just laughed at the answer

"Let's have a toast to Ace!" Said Mr Fireman

Ace grinned

"Ace has been a little ball of sunshine after he arrived, feels like god has send him here to make everyone of us closer for him!" Said the Fireman's wife

"I will have to agree! He is close with the others at work too!" Said Mr Fireman

"Plus he is handsome too!" Said non other than our only teenager girl here

"Plus he fixes something in me he didn't broke" I added, almost teary

We went back to our apartment soon enough and Ace was tired

"I feel so sleepy" He said

I went over to him as he hugged me

"I love you"

"I had fun today thanks to them and you" He said as I nodded laying on his chest

"Do you think you will date Aki once I am gone?" He asked, I looked at him

I shook my head no

"I am still gonna be your girlfriend, even when you are gone" I said

He nodded

He kissed my forehead

"Can we sleep like this tonight? I feel good" I said

He hugged me tight

"Go turn off the light"
