Sana's POV

Hansol stared at me in disbelief. "Break up with me? Why, Sana? Why do you want to break up with me?" he repeated shakily.

I was hesitant. My heart pounded in my chest. The last thing I wanted was to hurt him but I knew I had to be honest. Gathering up my courage, I took a deep breath. "Hansol, I... I don't feel the same way anymore. My feelings for you have changed."

Hansol's eyes searched mine as he tried to understand. "Changed? What do you mean? Is there someone else?"

"No. There's no one else. It's just... my feelings. They're not the same as they were before. I'm sorry, Hansol" I quickly replied while shaking my head.

He sighed deeply before he ran a hand through his hair. "I see. I guess I can't force you to feel something you don't" he said quietly.

The room fell silent. The weight of the moment pressing down on us. I could see the hurt in his eyes and it broke my heart. "Hansol, I truly care about you and I hope we can still be friends" I offered tremblingly.

Hansol gave me a sad smile. "I care about you too, Sana. If this is what you need, I'll respect your decision. It's going to hurt but I want you to be happy."

Tears welled up in my eyes as I reached out to touch his hand. "Thank you for understanding" I whispered.

He squeezed my hand gently. "Take care of yourself, Sana. I hope you find what you're looking for."

I walked out of Hansol's office to leave him alone with his thoughts. A small smile tugged at my lips as I headed toward Mina, who was waiting for me just outside the building.

"Well, darlin', are ya ready to wrangle up that (Y/N) of yours and fix things once and for all?" Mina drawled in her exaggerated Texas accent. She was leaning against the car with one hand on her hip as she's striking a pose.

I nodded eagerly. My excitement was bubbling over. "You bet, Mina! I can't wait to see him again."

Mina tugged my wrist to pull me towards the car. "Come on, sugar, let's get movin'! The sooner we get to the train station, the sooner you'll be in (Y/N)'s arms.Your chariot awaits" She opened the car door in a grand gesture while bowing slightly.

I giggled at her antics and slid into the passenger seat. Mina hopped into the driver's seat. She's adjusting her oversized sunglasses effortlessly on her wrist. "Alrighty then, off we go!" she started the engine.

We pulled into the train station's car park and Mina glanced at me. She suddenly became more serious. "You got this, Sana. Go get your (YN). And don't you worry 'bout nothin'."

I smiled for my friend's unwavering support. "Thanks, Mina. I couldn't have done this without you."

"Aw, shucks, don't go makin' me blush now. Now git! That train ain't gonna wait forever!" Mina waved her hand dismissively.

Giving one last hug, I grabbed my bag and headed towards the platform.

Just as I was about to step onto the platform, Mina suddenly called out, "Hold your horses, darlin'! I almost forgot somethin' important."

I glanced back and puzzled as Mina rummaged through the backseat of the car dramatically. "You can't go meetin' him without this" she pulled out a cowboy hat and handing it to me.

"Gotta keep that pretty head of yours safe. You know you're a famous CEO. We can't have just anyone recognizin' you."

I took the hat and laughed at Mina's theatrics. "A cowboy hat, really? How's this supposed to keep me safe?"
