"You had one job!"

A glass vase was thrown in front of him, smashing into pieces.

Yet he remained still.

Aniruddha Pratap was fuming.

The incident two years back had already ruined their family reputation, leading to them losing all of their contracts to Kabir Arora.

Generations of work, all gone, to a mere entrepreneur!

He grabbed his son's collar, "You foolish child! Was this what I had taught you?! Who told you to bring others in the mess?!"

He left his collar and sighed, "I knew I shouldn't have given you the charge. "

"Father - "

"No. You have messed up enough. Now sit back and manage the employees for now."

With that, Aniruddha dismissed him.

Jay's hands clenched as he left the office. He rushed to his study.

Pran, his secretary, was standing outside the study.

"Any updates?" Jay inquired.

"No sir."

It has been over a week, and still he had received no further updates from Urvashi.

"I knew I shouldn't have sent a girl." he thought to himself, "They are too soft."

He went to the table at the opposite end of the door in his study, opening the first drawer and lifting the board to reveal a secret compartment underneath.

This contained all the messages he had received from his spy. He decided on traditional way of communication - letters - over the digital method. He usually burnt the letters after reading them, only keeping the most important ones with him.

One of them being a detailed report on Ipshita Kumari, a simple technician at MicroMakers, who apparently has captured Kabir's heart.

A weakness! Perfect target for him.

He sat back on his chair, and flipped through the report.

Name, age, family, house, job and education - it contained everything.

"I guess she was not that bad after all." He pondered, impressed by the amount of information Urvashi had gathered for him, "It's a shame we lost her."

On the contrary, Jay felt nothing on losing his spy.

He could send many more.

But for now, he would have to lay low. His father was already upset with him, and he did not wish to provoke him further.

As he read through the report, his eyes fell on one certain piece of information.

The Whirlpool Academy.
