Always and Forever 2- Will Byers x FEM Reader (Season 3)

My body was just a bit too weak to enter the void as of right now, so El was the one doing it. She sat in the middle of the floor, a mask around her eyes, with tv static. Quickly ripping off her blindfold, he breathed heavily. 

“What's he doing now?” Max asked.

She spoke of him in his room, tonight, on the fourth of july. Front everything Max has ever said about him, that wasn't normal. 

“And that's not normal right?” Nancy asked as El grabbed a glass of water from the faucet.

“Billy staying in his room on the fourth of july?” Max repeated, “No, that's not normal.”

“He wants us to find him.” Will said.

“Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of.” Nancy nodded, “If we go to Billy, then the rest of the flock know where we are.”

“It's a trap, I agree.” Mike nodded.

“We’ll be ambushed.” I added.

“We won't be surprised.” Lucas said, “We’ll know that they're coming and we’ll kick their flayed butts.”

“You mean Y/N and El will kick their flayed butts.” Max corrected him.

“It's too risky.” Mike said.

“Yeah, and unnecessary.” Nancy replied, “Killing the flayed wont stop the mind flayer. We have to find out where it's spreading from. We have to find the source.”

“Billy knows it.” El spoke up.

“Billy’s been there.” I added, “To the source.”

“Yeah but-”

“It's a trap I know.” El said, “We can't go to Billy, but I think there's another way. A way for me to see where he’s been.”

El took her position on the floor, with her blindfold and tissues. I bent down next to her.

“I'm sorry I can't go in with you” I apologized.

“It's okay.” she smiled, “Rest.”

“Be careful.” I said as I took my spot back up on the couch, tightly sitting next to Will.

She tied on her blindfold and entered the void once and for all. After a while, she sniffled and gasped. 

“El, are you okay?” Mike asked.

“I'm okay.” she whimpered.

“What's going on?” he asked.

“Im, on a beach.” she answered.

“Okay, I may be dense but the last I checked, there weren't any beaches in Hawkins.” Lucas pointed out.

“What else do you see?” Max asked.

“A woman.” she muttered, “She's… pretty. I… I think she's looking at me. There's… a boy. It's Billy.”

“It's California.” Max admitted, “It's a memory.”

“I think I see it.” El murmured, “The source.”

Minutes passed. It felt like hours of time. Will held my hand and drew circles on the back of it with his thumb.

“I think I found it.” we heard her mumble, “The source.”

“Where El? Where are you?” Max asked.

“Brimborn. Steelworks.” she answered.

Jonathan turned and rushed to get the phonebook to search up the location.
