Y/N woke up alone in bed, the soreness in her body a lingering reminder of the previous night's passion. She winced slightly, remembering how she had asked Macaque to go harder. As the memories flooded back, a mix of embarrassment and satisfaction filled her. Just then, the door creaked open, and Macaque entered the room with a bowl of cut-up fruits, a warm smile spreading across his face when he saw her awake."Good morning," he said softly, leaning down to kiss her gently on the lips.
She smiled up at him, her heart swelling with affection. "Good morning. Last night was... amazing," she admitted, her cheeks tinged with a blush.
His eyes sparkled with mischief as he teased, "You looked very cute under me."
She blushed deeper and playfully swatted at him. "Don't talk like that," she protested, but her eyes betrayed her amusement.
He chuckled and settled beside her on the bed, picking up a piece of fruit from the bowl. "Here, let me feed you," he said, holding the fruit to her lips.
"I can feed myself," she insisted, but he gently pushed the fruit to her mouth, and she reluctantly accepted it.
"I want to take care of you," he said softly, his eyes sincere. "To love you like we're married."
She smiled at his words, her heart fluttering. "Maybe we could get married," she said casually, watching his reaction.
His eyes widened in surprise, and he almost dropped the bowl. "Really?" he asked, his voice a mix of hope and disbelief.
"Of course," she replied, her voice steady. "Just tell me, and I'll say yes."
Overwhelmed, Macaque set the bowl on the nightstand and pulled her into a tight embrace. "I promise," he whispered into her hair. "I'll do everything in my power to protect you."
Y/N melted into his embrace, feeling the sincerity and love radiating from him. They stayed like that for a while, holding each other, basking in the warmth of their shared promise.
Later, as they relaxed together, Macaque couldn't help but think about the future. He imagined a life where they were always together, facing whatever challenges came their way. The thought filled him with a sense of purpose and determination.
"You know," he began, breaking the comfortable silence, "I never thought I'd find someone like you."
She looked up at him, her eyes shining with affection. "And I never thought I'd find someone like you," she replied.
He smiled, a warmth spreading through him that he hadn't felt in a long time. "We'll make it work," he said confidently. "No matter what."
"Together," she agreed, intertwining her fingers with his.
As they lay there, planning their future, the world outside seemed to fade away. They were wrapped in their own bubble of love and happiness, ready to face whatever challenges life threw at them.
