(My sister said to stop making my Y/N's suffer.)
Y/N was on cloud nine, feeling as though her dreams were finally coming true. Not only had she shared an intimate moment with Macaque, but he had also hinted at plans to marry her. The thought alone made her heart race, but she quickly reminded herself not to get ahead of things—she didn't want to jinx her happiness.
Dressed in a simple yet elegant outfit, she grabbed her purse and decided to head out for a quick shopping trip. She wanted to prepare a special dinner for Macaque, something that would reflect her love and appreciation for him. As she walked down the bustling streets, her mind raced through potential dishes. Macaque had a fondness for mangos, and she briefly considered making a fruit bowl, but dismissed it as too simple. He deserved something more special.
However, her thoughts were interrupted by a disturbing silence. For a city usually alive with activity, the absence of sound was unnerving. As she neared the grocery store, the eerie quiet became more pronounced, filling her with unease.
Stepping inside, she was immediately hit by the stench of blood and decaying flesh. The sight before her was gruesome—the cashier had been savagely eaten, bite marks covering what was left of their body. Fighting back the urge to vomit, Y/N quickly turned and bolted out of the store, her heart pounding in her chest.
The once familiar streets were now a nightmare. Bodies lay scattered, some dismembered, others with chunks of flesh missing as though something—or someone—had feasted on them. Panic set in as Y/N realized she needed to get home, back to the safety of Macaque's embrace. But as she sprinted through the desolate streets, a chilling voice cut through the silence, freezing her in her tracks.
"Going somewhere, Peaches?"
She didn't need to turn around to recognize that voice. Sun Wukong. The fear that gripped her was paralyzing, but her instincts told her to run. She sprinted faster, desperate to escape, but a sharp tug on her hair yanked her back, forcing her to face him.
"Peaches, why so scared?" Sun Wukong asked with a twisted smile, his voice dripping with mockery. His appearance was horrifying—blood smeared across his face, some even staining his mouth. Y/N's stomach churned with disgust.
"You're a monster," she spat, her voice trembling with terror.
Instead of anger, Wukong smiled wider, as though relishing the insult. "Thank you," he said, his tone laced with dark amusement. With a swift motion, he reached out and tore at her dress, leaving a jagged tear that exposed her midriff. The claws that had ripped through the fabric had come dangerously close to her skin, and Y/N instinctively covered her stomach, trying to protect herself from further harm.
"Don't hide your body, Peaches," Wukong murmured, his gaze raking over her form. "You're gorgeous."
He reached for her again, but before he could touch her, Macaque appeared, kicking Wukong away from her with a fierce growl. Relief flooded Y/N as she saw him standing protectively in front of her. Without a word, Macaque removed his red scarf and gently wrapped it around her, covering her exposed skin and shielding her from Wukong's predatory gaze.
Y/N clung to Macaque, feeling a mix of fear and gratitude. She knew that this was only the beginning—Sun Wukong wouldn't back down easily. But with Macaque by her side, she was ready to face whatever horrors the day would bring.
This was going to be one hell of a day.
