"Yeah, she did that to me yesterday too." Aizawa bit his cheek, nervously trying to figure out what the hell was going on.

"But- I can't quite figure out what it is, but something's different about it..."

Aizawa sat down at the desk.

"Start from the beginning and we can figure it out. What exactly is her quirk? What are the weaknesses, things like that?" Aizawa was faced with the real possibility that like he thought in the beginning, Y/N could very much be a villain. He didn't like this one bit. He didn't like that he was stupid enough to start trusting her.

"It was called 'Stealth'. She could make her heart rate basically nothing to be as silent as possible. I remember that because she and her buddies thought it would be hilarious for her to pretend to be dead during training..." He grimaced. Aizawa's attention was fully focused on the new information he was receiving.

"Go on."

"She could basically be in front of you, and you wouldn't know it. She was just always right in the corner of your eye, despite being right under your nose, man! She just didn't make any noise either. Didn't matter if her shoes squeaked or clothes rustled, you either just wouldn't hear it, or the sound would come from the total wrong direction, and sound super far away. It was freaky." Aizawa mentally noted everything he was saying.

"Any drawbacks?"

"Not really. But the stealth effect only lasted as long as she could hold her breath." The underground hero raised a brow.

"Really?"

"Yeah, as soon as she needed to breathe her position was given away. It made sense, breathing's loud. Your heart pumps blood, and blood needs oxygen, so having a heart rate of 1bpm and not breathing just... Froze her body and all the noise it made, I guess?" The two sat in a short silence, both trying to work out why she said she was quirkless.

"I'm going to ask her about it later."

Y/N sat at the desk at the last homeroom period, accompanied by her co-teacher Aizawa, twirling her pen as he... Stared into nothingness?

The bell rang, prompting the students to say goodbye to their teachers and leave the room to head home for the day. Y/N picked up her bag, and waved her hand in front of Aizawa's face.

"Hello? Are you coming?" The classroom was empty now. He stood up wordlessly. She almost got out the door, not before Aizawa grabbed her wrist harshly and pushed her against the wall, and literally kabedon-ed her.

"Hey! What the fuck-"

"You lied to me." He growled, looking down at her.

"Huh?" Was all she could manage to get out.

"You told me you were quirkless. And Hizashi told me you do have one. One that makes sense, so I know he's not lying. So, that just leaves you as the liar." He leant in, his eyes now glowing red.

"I am quirkless!! I lost my quirk!" His hair fell back down, eyes returning to a steely onyx.

"Lost it?" He pulled back slightly, lowering the level of intimidation tactics.

"Yes, you idiot! I had a fight with a petty criminal. And I just woke up in the middle of the street, and it was gone. My career, gone. Relationship, gone. My life, just gone." Y/N looked down at her shoes, occasionally glancing back up at the ravenette trying to gauge his response,

"Then how did you manage to sneak up on me and Mic?"

"I don't know! You guys were focused on other stuff, that's probably why." She wrapped her arms around her sides, growing increasingly uncomfortable with how close he was, her heart rate increasing in tandem. Aizawa stepped away from the wall, giving her some space.
