"oh my gosh yum, he's so cute." tucker flopped down on her hotel bed, the room she stayed in alone.
it was 9:51pm, and she had just gotten done filming for the day.
although she loved her job, she missed her parents, and most of all her brother. she had hadn't seen him in a month and a half.
seeing jabari comment on nelson's post, reminded her that she wanted to call him, check in and see how life is going.

"hey 'ri, how's it going?" dawsin smiled at her brother that was laying down in his own hotel bed, his jersey still on from a previous game he had that evening.
"wassup d, when you coming home? cause im finna be back from ohio in like three days." jabari furrowed his eyebrows.
"it's in like- a week from today. did you guys win?" the girl asked, her brothers friend, jake west walking to the door, distracting him.
"...yeah we- are they here? i thought they said they was in the pool? aight. my fault, yeah we won." jabari turned his attention from jake back to his little sister.
the sound of the door opening was heard.
dawsin just watched the interesting scene as her brother got up from the bed.
jabari dabbed all them up as the group started talking, the girl not being able to make out who it was.
but she knew one of them was jax rich.
"lavar said those people spam calling him tryna press him and shit." a voice that she figured out to be noah neumann said.
"cams with him too." another voice said, dawsin caught a glimps of nelson on the camera as he spoke.
"so we gotta go up there or what?"
"no, they calling from the lobby. it's like all of them. so we gotta go down there."
"...aight bet."
jabari then looked down at his camera, "my bad d, i'll call you later tonight aight? we gotta handle this shit for real."
"is that tucker?" nelson asked.
jabari nodded, pointing the camera to him.
"hey dawsin!" he waved.
"hey nelson!" she smiled, waving back.
the rest of the group there said their hi's, so jabari ended the phone call with "bye, love you."
"bye, love you too." tucker said before hanging up the phone.

the girl ended up falling asleep, waking up to a miss call from her brother. but she knew he would understand so she didn't sweat it.
