Talulahh's POV

We were playing Beat the Dome. Hiccup insists it's not a competition, but who listens to Hiccup? Not me.

It was my brother's turn to go. In the past, he was the only one to actually beat the dome. I would have beat it if it weren't for Sapphire's large size, making it hard to maneuver through the caves and dome.

"There they are!" Astrid yelled from beside me.

"Close the dome!" Fishlegs told the twins excitedly.

Ruff and Tuff started muttering something most likely not important while cranking the lever. The dome started to close.

"Yeah, no way he's making that." Snotlout crossed his arms over his chest. Astrid and I only watched with smirks on our faces.

When Hiccup beat the dome Astrid laughed happily, while Snotlout exclaimed, "Oh! What!"

Toothless landed on the top of the dome in triumph. "All right. We're up." Snotlout beckoned his dragon over.

"Come on, Snotlout. Nobody's been able to beat the dome, except Hiccup." Fishlegs scoffed.

"Nobody. Till now." The Jorgensen boy said confidently.

I clear my throat, "Actually, it's our turn." I remind.

Snotlout groaned, "Fine."

"Guys, this was supposed to be a drill. Do you have to turn it into a game?" Hiccup asked.

"Don't we always?" Astrid retorted.

"Fair point."

"I thought you would've learned by now." I grin at my brother.

"'Twas once a drill. Then it became a game. Now, it is theater!" Tuff said dramatically.

Ruff added, "Let the drama unfold."

"Come on, Saph. We got this." I mounted my dragon and took off.

We went behind the mountain before we were in the forest. Sapphire's large wingspan made it hard to not hit trees, but I thought we were doing pretty good.

"Let's go!" I pat Saph, leaning closer to her head.

We emerged from the forest and I saw Tuff push the lever.

"Faster, girl!" I urge.

We speed towards the entrance of the cave before slowing down some when we enter.

She sharply turn upwards, which somewhat surprised me. "Yes!"

Once we got in the dome I could see the door about to close. "We can still do this!" Saph gives one more flap of her wings before wrapping them around herself to make her smaller.

"Yes, yes, yes!" I scream when me barely make it through.

I laugh in disbelief as everyone else stares at us in awe. Astrid walked up to me as I slipped off of Sapphire. "You did it." She grinned.

"Well, I never doubted myself." I said in a joking arrogance.

"Oh, whatever." She laughed, rolling her eyes and slightly shoving me.

I laughed with her as Snotlout started to speak.

"Now, it's my turn." Snotlout walked passed us, Hookfang following him loyally.
