sept ,  jealously's game

     AFTER THEIR TENSE MEETING, AE-RA sat in her seat, feigning disinterest as Yun-seok barked orders at the line of male transfer students at the back of the classroom. His voice carried a sharp, arrogant edge.

"From this moment on, any idiot who so much as speaks to the new scholarship student—or even acknowledges his existence—will face the same consequences." His gaze swept across the room like a predator marking his territory.

Ae-ra rolled her eyes, hiding her annoyance behind a veneer of indifference. One wrong move, and this whole school is at war with Kang Ha, she thought, biting back a sigh.

Yun-seok turned his attention to Chan-min, delivering a sharp kick to his leg. The boy flinched, stumbling slightly under the weight of the unspoken expectations.

"I shouldn't have to spell this out for you," Yun-seok growled, towering over him. "Do I need to hold your hand through every little thing?"

From across the room, He-ra smirked, a flicker of satisfaction lighting her face.

How can she be so smug about this?
Ae-ra thought, a mix of disbelief and disgust curdling in her stomach. She'd fit right in with the girls back in London-though I wouldn't envy them afterwards.

Chan-min straightened up, his voice trembling. "Y-you're right. It won't happen again. I was actually just... putting together a plan. A plan to deal with him!"

Ae-ra raised an unimpressed eyebrow. Announcing your plan in front of the target? Brilliant.

Apparently, Kang Ha thought so too.
He let out a sharp laugh, drawing every eye in the room.

"Sorry," Kang Ha said, swiveling in his seat to face the group. "It's just... I've never seen anyone plot something right in front of their target. Pretty bold, don't you think?" His grin was wide, almost mocking, as he locked eyes with Yun-seok.
