Season 3, Episode 1: Tattoo

It's been four months since the whole Kanima incident. So, to make things quick, here's a recap of pretty much what's been going on since then. For starters, Me and Derek aren't living in that underground bat cave any more thank god. Derek bought a whole building that has a huge loft apartment inside, it's perfect, and still in Beacon Hills. There were three bedrooms, which was perfect since Isaac was still living with us.

Jackson moved away to I think London or something. Me and Derek gave him a crash course on the whole werewolf thing so he wouldn't continue to maul innocent people. Lydia has been a little lost without Jackson, he's all she's ever known.

Peter has his own apartment downtown, yet he is still always at the loft. Derek and I trust him a lot more than we did three months ago, but Derek is still iffy about him. I mean, Peter did kill Laura, that's something either of us will never be able to forgive.

I haven't spoken to Allison since she's tried to kill me. I seriously believe that If Isaac and Derek didn't take some of my pain away, I would've died at that warehouse. I mean, those wounds took days to heal compared to the usual good nights sleep. Scott also hasn't spoken to her, which was shocking. They spoke after the whole Kanima thing and broke up, but she went on a vacation to France and they haven't spoken since.

And trust me, Scott's been very annoying about it. He misses her, but he's proud of himself that he's not running to go call her or text her.

Now, that brings me to the situation with Stiles and I. We've gotten really close over the summer. I seriously think that my crush on him has gotten even bigger since he grew his hair out too, he looks a lot better with a little added length... but the buzz cut will always hold a special place in my heart.

Oh, right, I almost forgot to mention: Derek won't let me go anywhere by myself because of this Alpha pack that's in town. Since we've learned that I was technically an alpha, it was only safe to assume that I was going to be one of their targets. I mean, the alphas in this pack were all unique with different abilities, so I was perfect for them.

My only alone time is when I'm home, or when I'm driving to school. Otherwise, Scott and Stiles are with me everywhere when Derek isn't and vise versa.

It's very annoying.

But right now, I am actually very content with my life.

Sure, a lot has changed in the last four months, but everything's also been the same.

Like right now, I'm sitting in a tattoo parlor with Scott and Stiles. Scott wants to get a tattoo as a reward for going the whole summer without reaching out to Allison. I've told him a million times it's a waste since it won't stay, but he didn't listen.

When does Scott ever listen anyways?

This tattoo he wanted made no sense to me either. It was quite literally just two thick bands that would just go around his arm. Like... what the hell does that even mean?

If I was getting a tattoo, I'd get something cool... not a couple of lines.

"Boy, it's a good thing you drew me a picture..." The tattoo artist groaned as Scott handed him the drawing he made for a visual.

I mean come on, it's just two lines.

Stiles and I were stood off to the side, looking through the box of designs that the artist has done while he was prepping Scott.

"This one is cool," I pointed at one of a detailed paw print.

Stiles looked at me with a soft smile, then back at the tattoo. "I can see you with that," he agreed, then went back to looking at the book. "Hey, Scott! You sure you don't want something like this?"
