THE PIECES OF GLASS CRUNCHED UNDER EDWARD CULLEN'S WEIGHT his face clenching from the pain building up in his shoulders and neck from the sheer grip of Stefan Swan. His golden eyes seeped into irises of obsidian black, reflecting the angered look of his future brother-in-law, the reflecting golden irises shining brightly. Edward could see the wolf in him recoiling under the stench of the vampires around, the hybrid's stench himself was a one faint of a dog and one a fresh morning breeze. Edward's nostrils flared trying to not inhale the mans scent as Stefan tightened his hold on Ed, fingers digging threatening to crack the mans neck. He could feel the cracks formulating under the pressure of Stefan's grip. His comment about Bella becoming like them, like her becoming him. He noticed the glint in Stefan's teeth, sharpening and wolf-like almost threatening to the vampires life.

"How about you stop being a little bitch and let her decide?" Stefan countered glaring at the vampire, "She's an adult by law standards. Which you should know but your stuck prematurely at seventeen" His taunt was evident, his green eyes flashing a deep gold. His teeth elongated , sharpening in precision "Your a thorn in everyone's side, if she wants to turn then I'll gladly give her immortalty because that's what brothers do" He felt Edward trying to shove him off. "Will you make that offer to your daughter? Would Rose be the one to turn Cora" Edward demanded, hand gripping at Stefan's shoulder weakly shoving him off as Stefan gave him room. "Keep my daughters name out of your mouth Edward, and yes I would offer the same to my child, knowing she turn out like me" He felt the rippling sensation of his wolf surfacing under his skin "I'll raise her to take a bite out of your ass while you flee" Stefan said as Rosalie appeared suddenly with a fierce expression, "Knock it off you two"

The votes were settling in, Stefan smirked "Sounds like she won" He spoke of his sister when Edward shoved past him, saying no. Stefan angled his hearing as Edward demanded if his little sister lost her mind, he made a step forward but Rosalie hand pressed against his chest "Stef" She said lovingly, her eyes dreamy as she kissed him softly. The world melted around them in their own spare moment. Stefan grabbed her hand, leading her back to the dining table hearing the hushed voices as his father was brought up. "Charlie is at home sleeping, he isn't the type to show up with police when he knows I am here, he is quite happy I beat your ass" Stefan said smugly as Emmett grinned ear to ear, this look in his eyes caused Athena to shake her head at her husband, rolling her eyes.

"In the interest of remaining inconspicuous," Edward said, still talking through his gritted teeth, but looking at Carlisle now, "I suggest that we put this conversation off, at the very least until Bella finishes high school, and moves out of Charlie's house." His dark eyes, nearly black from his lack of feeding or his spitting rage landed on Bella.
"That's a reasonable request, Bella," Carlisle pointed out narrowly escaping his adoptive son's eyes as Bella pursed her lips "I'll consider it" She fixed her jacket when her boyfriend relaxed "I should probably take you home," he said, more calm now, but clearly in a hurry to get Bella out of here. "Just in case Charlie wakes up early." Bella turned her eyes towards the window, seeing the dark sky and then the time, she turned to look at Carlisle "After graduation?" She asked him seeing the smile on his face.
