A/N: here's yet another part, sorry that Ekko hasn't made an appearance yet, by the time i published this, i'd probably be working on part 7 or even further, i can't believe i wrote 4 whole parts in one evening. It's getting more lazy i know but trust me, i'll improve my writing skills!!

People kept offering more money, it wasn't normal, you couldn't just decline it...
You were supposed to feel happy with all this, then why is your heart betraying you like this, you feel like shit. People paying to feel better? People needing to pay for survival?
Your hands tremble, every night seems the same. That awful yet great feeling when you heal someone. The way to keep people away from shimmer...yet you still feel like an asshole. and you always go to the last drop in the morning. I guess that's another habit you've created. You swore to yourself to never drink whiskey again. And here you are, doing it anyway.
"So sad, init? Doomed, and you're only 19"
"Shut up, Ermit"
"There we go, baby's first words, glad you finally decided to say ma name"
You groaned as you shoved your glass forward.
"Refill"
You managed to cough out.
"Aye"
Ermit took your glass and filled it with something else. You immediately noticed this and spoke up.
"What's this supposed to mean, old hag?"
"Respect, yer elders, little lady"
Ermit rolled his eyes.
"Answer my question, Ermit. What the fuck is that"
"Orange juice. A drink just perfect for your age"
You gave him a baffled expression, he couldn't see it anyway, the cloak hid your identity, your emotions, no one knew how you felt, no one would understand.
"Orange juice?" What am I? "A toddler?"
"Ye look like a toddler"
"Can you speak normally? I'm gonna get a seizure listening to you.."
Ermit gave you a frown and crossed his arms.
"The way I'm speakin' is just fine, lad"
"Delusional"
You blurted out, again. Ermit was used to it by now. The first few times you came here he was actually worried about you back talking, now he doesn't even care anymore.
"Whatever, lady. Go drink your orange juice"
He shoved the glass in your hand.
"No way! I'm not drinking that orange blob..."
You don't know how Ermit keeps doing it, but eventually you gave up and took a big ol' swig of orange juice.
"There ya go, not bad eh, init?"
"Even worse than the first time drinking whiskey"
Ermit grumbled at that statement.
"It's freshly made y'know.."
"I dont give a fuck"
"Rude little piece of shit"
You rolled your eyes. You would be lying if you said you didn't like Ermit, he's a weird old geezer. But he's like a father figure, to say the least.
You went back to thinking, tonight is again healing people, you don't know how people even ended up with such...severe wounds, it worried you. It worried you more than you'd like to admit.
"Hey─"
Ermit's voice snapped you out of your thoughts.
"Thinking 'bout tonight?"
"y─yeah. ."
You sighed.
"Never took you for the heroic type y'know? Savin' people, doin' good"
"Yeah me neither.."
"You're not the only one y'know? Doing something big for the people in Zaun."
"How so?"
You asked, intrigued
.
"Sometin' about a kid on a hoverboard"
"Sounds more like a retarded person"
You sighed, chugging down the last bit of your orange juice.
"Besides, why would I even bother playing hero..."
"Aye now don't get too emotional with me, missy"
You groaned annoyedly
"It's [Reader], get it right."
"Oi it's just a nickname, calm yer Bloody ass down"
"Tsk—"
. . .
It's that time again, you packed your bag and went out, being the 'girl Savior'. Being such a 'symbol' for Zaun, and no one even knowing who you are.
But you don't have to be flashy just to help, not all heroes need to make whole Runeterra know their name.
It was just simple, helping the ones who need it, without them even knowing who you truly were...
Simply living with no face, a blurry face.
