Bakugo made muffled noises of protest from underneath the bandages.

"You two are going to become very powerful heroes one day," he stated calmly, "but being aware of your surroundings is important; so from now on, be more mindful even if it's just training."

Tsuki nodded, "Yes, sir."

"And stop trying to kill each other," Recovery Girl warned, "I'm sick of healing your broken bones every time there's a new one."

Tsuki laughed, "I'm grateful to you," she smiled at her, "your quirk is amazing."

She hummed, "Bakugo, you can remove your bandages now, it's been over an hour."

He made a noise while his hand reached up and he ripped off the bandages; he took a slow breath in and looked at Cementos then over at Recovery Girl, "What's the point of training if you don't go as hard as you can?"

Recovery Girl sighed, looking at her fellow teacher, "His head might be harder than yours."

"Watch it, hag."

"Hey," Tsuki said, eyeing him, "you watch it."

He glared at her, but obliged. Cementos shared a few words before exiting the room with Recovery Girl.

Bakugo winced, sitting up better, "Are you good?"

Tsuki looked over at him with her brows together, "What do you mean?"

He paused, his ears getting red, "She healed you up fine, yeah?"

She smiled at him, "Yeah, I'm okay. Are you?"

"OF COURSE I'M FINE!"

Tsuki blinked, "Stop yelling."

He made a face before shuffling in his bed, "Was today different?"

She looked at him, "Like you?"

His face went a shade of red, "No, you idiot. Like you using your quirk. How'd it feel?"

She stared at the palms of her hands, "It was good. I don't know, I've hated it for so long..."

He hummed, "I think you need to assess your battle strategy better."

"What you mean?"

"You bet on the chance that your attacker isn't trying to kill you."

"I know."

"That's not how training works."

"I know."

Bakugo made a noise, eyeing her, "Tomorrow I want you using it the whole time."

She looked at him with an annoyed look, "I don't want to—"

He scoffed, "I wasn't asking."

She stared at him for a moment, "You better become number one."

He smiled at her, manically, "Watch me." They sat in silence after a while before Tsuki turned to look at him. He looked from the wall in front of him and at her, turning his head. He frowned at her, "What?"

"Nothing."

"The hell are you looking at?"

"I like your face."

His face went a light shade of pink, "Er—what?"

She smiled at him, "I like all your faces, actually."

He frowned, "I'll kill you."

She felt the urge to be near him, "You feeling okay to walk?"

His expression changed, "Yeah," he sat up better.

"Recovery Girl said we have 20 minutes 'til 10."

"Tch," he scoffed, "I don't give a damn."

Tsuki laughed, tossing the blankets off her legs; Bakugo did the same. They got on their feet and started for the door.

"What do you think it means to be number one?"

Bakugo looked at her as he slid the door shut behind him, "What else?"

"What does being number one mean to you?"

He smiled with an angry expression in his eyes, "Being the strongest."

"But what if people don't like you?"

He laughed, "Like I care if some lame ass—"

"I'm serious," she interjected, "for someone who wants to be number one so bad, you sure have a terrible habit of getting everyone to hate you."

"Tch."
