Helluva Boss (OC and Genderbend Insert)

The scene opens to the manor as Aurora begins to wake up to the curtains opening. She winced a bit at the sunlight before she rubs her eyes and sees Pringles.

Pringles: "Time to rise up, you can't just be bedridden all day today, just because it's Saturday."

Aurora: "*yawns* Morning Pringles."

Pringles: "Good morning to you as well, ma'am. I see that you're looking a bit better today."

Aurora: "Is that so? *looks over at the empty side on her bed* Is he...?"

Pringles: "Yes, your husband has taken Octavia to see his family for the weekend, as always."

Aurora: "Right..."

Pringles: "*walks to the door* The staff will prepare breakfast and will be ready by the time you're done getting ready."

Pringles leaves the room just as Aurora stands up and heads to her bathroom. After she's done freshening up, she leaves her and makes her way to the kitchen.

Waitstaff: "Morning your highness."

Aurora: "Morning!"

Imp Butler: "Morning, Princess."

Aurora: "Morning to you as well!"

She enters the kitchen just as a tray with a lid on a cart as it was being pushed to the end of the large table. Aurora sits down as the imp chef sets the tray in front of her.

Imp Chef: "*cleared his throat* May I present, *lifts the lid* a grilled sandwich that has good nutrition with a well served side salad."

Aurora: "Wow, this looks delicious! Thank you for making this."

Imp Chef: "It's no problem, ma'am. You've helped me and the boys in the kitchen, so it's fair that we returned the favor."

The chef bows before he takes his leave as Aurora begins to eat her breakfast. The scene then changes to her in the garden as she and an imp gardener tend to the plants. Aurora is seen holding a tray with small pieces of meat as she feeds it slowly to a carnivorous plant.

Aurora: "Slow bites now, Cleopatra. I don't want my African Strangler to choke too much, you're growing quite well.

Imp Gardener: "Damn, your highness. You must really like to take care of these critters here. It took half the day for me to feed them."

Aurora: "*feeds another piece of meat* It takes time to earn one's trust. Patience is key when you learn to earn trust with those around you."

Imp Gardener: "*chuckles* I'm even surprised that you decided to help me on your day off."

Aurora: "Well, Via's spending the weekend with Sirius *feeds another piece* and she might not call me until later tonight."

Imp Gardener: "I swear, *pulls the weed out* the staff and I wondering why you're still married to him?"

Aurora stops for a moment to ponder the gardener's words before Pringles comes in with a phone on a tray.

Pringles: "Aurora? You have a phone call."

Aurora: "Oh, alright."

Aurora goes the phone to answer before she hands the plate to the imp gardener.

Aurora: "Could you feed Cleopatra for a few?"

Imp Gardener: "Yes ma'am."

She then picks up the phone and holds it up to her ear.
