ROSEMARY IS STANDING in her room for the last time, for the last time in a while at least. Natalie still lives in this house, so it's not the last time for forever. Gladly. "..I put your suitcases in the car, you ready buddy?" Travis spoke up, trying not to startle Rose. He was standing in the doorframe. "I'll be down in a second, thanks." Rose said, she smiled a little.

The room looked empty without her stuff, only her bed and wardrobe was still there. The walls look pale without her wall decorations. Her room was always so cosy, it looks so.. dead now. She wanted to take the decorations with her to America, but she didn't realise that her room here would look so weird. With one final glance, Rose went downstairs

"Okay, I'm ready." Rose said when she walked into the living room. Taylor was still at her place, Travis and Rose will pick her up on their way to the airport. "Alright, buddy. Let's go." Travis spoke up. The two of them went outside and Travis locked the door after him. Rose sat in the passenger seat, Travis drove. "I'm proud of you, you know that?" Travis spoke up, glancing at his daughter. "Thanks.." Rose said, she stared outside the window.

"Why didn't you show up at my dance competition? Back in 2017?" Rose suddenly spoke up. She has forgiven her father, except for this one thing. She needs to know why, the memory of her crying in her mom's arms because he didn't show up is still fresh.

-FLASHBACK 2017

Rose has a dance competition, she is incredibly nervous but very excited. Rose peaked into the crowd, her eyes searching for her father. She invited him to come, and he promised he would on the phone call with her mom. Rose couldn't find him yet. "Rose, you're almost up." The trainer said to her, Rose went back to her group. Maybe she just couldn't find him yet.

It was now Rose and her dance class's time to go on stage. When Rose and her group came up, her mother cheered the loudest. But she still couldn't find her dad... He promised...

The dance went amazing, they have a big chance that they could win. After the show, Camilla waited backstage for her daughter. "Where is dad? Did he show up?" Was the first thing Rose asked her mom when she saw her. Camilla's face dropped a little. "I'm sorry Rosie... He didn't show up, you know how busy he is.." Camilla spoke, as soon as the words came out, tears sprung out of Rose her eyes.

He didn't show up, again...

-FLASHBACK OVER

Travis was silent for a moment, this conversation had to come sooner or later. "You promised you would come.." Rose added. "I came Rose... I came.." Travis said softly, glancing at Rose. "Where were you? I couldn't find you in the crowd? Why wouldn't you come and find me?" Rose went on. Her tone wasn't mad, more disappointed and still hurt. "July 5th was it right?" Travis asked Rose, he also would never forget that day. "Yes?" Rose answered.

"Your mom told me it was the 6th, I was in London the 6th of July... I was at the place where your competition would be. When I went inside, the woman behind the counter told me that it was yesterday. I had to go back to America the same night. I squeezed going to London for you in my planning, because I wouldn't miss your competition for the world. Cam said to me that she accidentally messed up the date.." Travis explained. Rose looked with horror in her eyes at her father.
