The Two of Us // Yuno x Reader

Grabbing a hold of my broom I take off into the air, relaxation hitting me as I lay down on it, closing my eyes, one leg propped up while the other lies on the broom. This is nice and refreshing. Sensing something to my right I open one of my eyes to see a man at the top of the structure with some sort of contraption that he is watching us from. I look around and see Yuno and all the other candidates below me, so I head over to where the man is.

"Are you not allowed to enter?" I ask the man, and on closer inspection, is wearing a robe.

"I mean.. I can but I would probably get into trouble with my friend, you see, I'm supposed to be doing paperwork." He responds.

"Paperwork really?" I say, wait, is that a part of his powers? "Is that a part of your powers, are you able to do things really fast? That would be really cool, do you think it would branch off from like Time Magic?-" I start rambling to him.

"A person can't reveal all their secrets yet, so you will just have to wait to get your answers." He says, laughing to himself.

Man, I really wanted to know his Magic.

"Oh, well then you should watch me! I will be surprising a lot of people today with my own Magic!" I say proudly, determination settling in.

The man smiles, "I know you will be, Y/N, now you should head back down before the next test starts." He points behind me where everyone else is heading back down to the ground.

"Oh you're right," I say turning around "thanky-" I paused. There's no one there anymore. "ou?"

Third POV

She really is something, kind of reminds me of someone but I can't put my finger to it. Hmm. I wonder what the marks on her face mean, oh and what her powers are?!?! Marx will just have to wait a while longer.

Y/N POV

I head back down and realize everyone is staring at me for being late. I just look at Yuno and smile, "I met another friend." I tell him.

He shakes his head, "You will be the death of me Y/N." he says smiling at me.

Cute.

I look at Asta and he seems sad, "Did Asta not fly?" I ask Yuno.

"Nope, not even a little bit."

Oh no.

Test after test Yuno and I pass with flying colors, Asta on the other hand has got me worried now since he hasn't even passed one of them. I walk up to Asta and tell him, "There is probably a fighting portion coming up next, I'm sure you will prove to them how powerful you are during it, I believe in you Asta!"

"Aw Y/N you're right after all I need to become the Wizard King to mar-"

"Asta, you finish that sentence and I will become Sister Lily on you and use her Holy fist. " I say, cutting him off.

"Fine, but you know what I mean~~" he says triumphally.

I sighed and walked back to Yuno.

"All right, the next part of the exam is the final part, where you will be engaging in actual combat."
