HENRY, CHARLOTTE & I  are in the Man Cave, waiting for Ray to come down. He's going on vacation to his cousin's wedding today. Jasper's birthday just passed as well, and he's 14 now.

"Where is he?" Charlotte asks in anticipation.

"I don't know," Henry quickly responds. "Ray, come on, you're gonna miss your plane!"

"I'm coming!" I hear him yell, and the sprocket opens, revealing him—he's holding a huge mattress in both of his hands.

"What is he..." Charlotte starts, confused.

"Ray...what are you doing with that mattress?" I inquire.

"I'm taking it on my trip," he replies casually.

"They're not gonna let you take a mattress on a plane," Charlotte mentions.

"Yeah, you're right," he agrees, throwing the mattress onto the ground. "Maybe I shouldn't go." He runs over to the monitors.

Me and my friends roll our eyes; the three of us knew this was going to happen. Ray doesn't want to go to his cousin's wedding in Cleveland because he thinks that we're not responsible enough to handle things for a couple of days while he's away.

"See, I knew it," Henry groans.

"Ray, you can't blow off your cousin's wedding," Charlotte argues.

"Yeah, my mom, your girlfriend, is expecting for you to be away for a few days, and she's gonna be pretty surprised if she sees you around," I add.

Ray sighs. "I know, but most marriages don't work out. I'll just go to his next wedding!" He jumps out of the monitor chairs, and starts to run somewhere, but Henry stops him.

"Just admit you're afraid to leave town because you think me, Illie, Charlotte and Schwoz can't handle things here without you," Henry says, asking for a reaction.

"Well, what if there's an emergency?" Ray asks, in a panic.

"Then we'll blow bubbles and Kid Danger and Danger Girl will deal with it," I reassure Ray, displaying my gumball tube.

"Well, what if you guys get that disease, huh? Numb tongue? And you can't blow bubbles?!"

"Numb tongue?" Henry questions, and I hear the elevator starting to descend behind us; I come to the conclusion that Schwoz is probably the one coming down.

"That's not a real disease," Charlotte adds. "People don't talk normally one second and then all of a sudden start going 'bluh-uhl-lawala-laluhlul.'"

"Uh oh," Schwoz worries as he steps out of the elevator. "Does she have numb tongue?"

"See?!" Ray exclaims, relieved to see he's been proven right.

"Hey, shouldn't you be on your way to the airport?" Schwoz asks.

"Yes!" The three of us agree.

"Okay, wait!" Ray protests. "I need my suitcase. Bork!"

The sprocket opens, and Bork comes walking through.
"Hey, Bork, bring it over here," Ray says to him.

Bork drops it down, and we all stumble, feeling the weight on the ground because of how heavy the suitcase is. It's not even a suitcase, really—it's more of a blue crate.

"Thanks, buddy," Ray says, handing him a piece of meat. Bork grins as he takes it, and he steps away, the sprocket opening.

"Okay, what's in this huge suitcase?" Henry asks the obvious question.
