Another request, yaay!!

Pinki LOVES fashion. She loves choosing different outfits, putting on makeup, and even buying clothes for her friends. Everybody knows it at this point, because she always tries her best on a daily basis to look presentable at all times.

Everyone finds it admirable how she does it, and she's helped everyone with clothes at least one. Well... everyone except Jevin.

It may seem shocking, but Jevin was the complete opposite of Pinki. He isn't really the type to go out looking "presentable" and would rather keep to himself. He barely talks to everyone as it is...

...but today was just weird.

Pinki was hanging out with her usual group of friends: Oren, Simon, Vineria, Durple, Clukr and Garnold. It was going smoothly, and at one point, they had entered a clothing store for her. After wearing a few outfits, she finds one she loves amd tries it on for the rest to see.

"So, how do I look?" She asks.

They all of course say she looks amazing, that the outfit fits her; the usual comments. But one unexpected voice stands out to her.

"You look beautiful, Pinki."

This voice catches her attention, and she looks over to the source of the voice.

It was... Jevin? In a clothing store?

Pinki tries to keep herself together, but she can't help but flush red. 'When did he get here? Why is he here? And... did he just compliment me?'

She laughs nervously, scratching her arm a bit. "Th-Thank you, Jevin. When did you get here?"

"I've been here for an hour now. The streets were noisy unlike this establishment... it's the only place I could go to read in peace."

'Ah... right. Of course that was the reason...'

Jevin then stands up and begins to leave, but Pinki quickly moves, tugging on his arm. He turns to face her, and she suddenly forgets what she was gonna say next.
'Oh godamnit...'

"Hey, um... If you ever wanna tag along with us you can. After all, you're our friend too!"

"...I'll think about it."

Jevin then leaves the clothing store. Even so, Pinki can't help but feel extremely happy, and still a bit nervous. The only person whose made her feel this way before was Oren.

'...Wait, what?'

She shook her head. 'No no, focus Pinki. You have a crush on OREN, not Jevin.'
Unfortunately, the more she told herself that, the more she hoped to see Jevin around on "coincidences".

Then one day, she was tired of it. She decided now was the time to confess to Oren before her feelings became too overwhelming, so one day, she lead him up to a romantic hilltop and turned to face him.

"Oren...?"

"Yeah Pinki?"

She takes a deep breath and takes both of his hands into hers. 'This is it...'

"I have a crush on Jevin."

'What the hell?!'
Oren first stares at her blankly, then he snickers, then laughs. Pinki blushes and yanks her hand away in embaressment, now looking anywhere else but into Oren's eyes.

"Oh yeah? A crush on Jevin, huh? You do realize I knew that already, right?"

Well crap. Not only did her confession udery flop, but her original crush now knows of her NEW crush. Still, she tries to salvage the moments and shakes her head again, grabbing Oren’s hands once more.

"I-I didn't mean that! I meant to say I have a crush on YOU, okay?!"

"I knew that too."

"Well what DIDN'T you know?!"

"Pinki look, I'm glad you feel that way for me... at one point, I did too. I wish we could be a thing, but you obviously have stronger feelings for Jevin. It's not that I don't wanna be with you or anything, but I DO wanna see you happy, even if it means dating my friend. You understand, right?"

....

Well, that was the nicest way to get rejected.

She sighs deeply and releases his hands, looking down. "Yeah, I understand..."

"Hey. To make it up to you, how about I help hook you up with Jevin? After all, he mainly hangs out with me and Simon out of everyone else."
"You mean he's mainly bothered by you two out of everyone else?" Pinki raises and eyebrow. This makes Oren laugh and sheug it off.
"Same difference! Are you in or not?"

Of course she was in.

For the next few weeks, Simon and Oren assist Pinki with making advances on Jevin. At first he was uneasy, but as she grew on him, he became a bit more open towards her.

It was until a picnic they shared has changes everything.

Pinki was explaining to Jevin what a wonderful day she had with Vineria and Wenda, when suddenly Jevin places an arm around her. She raises an eyebrow and looks up at him. "Jevin–"

Before she could finish, a soft kiss was placed on her forehead, leaving her frozen and speechless.

"I–... Why did you–...."

"You're terrible at confessing. I had to speed up the process somehow."

Pinki blushes more than ever before and hides her embaressemt into Jevin’s chest. Surprisingly, he doesn't pull away. They instead relax together, though Pinki could do anything BUT relax in that moment.

'So he knew, huh? Guess I am terrible at hiding things...' She though to herself.

The next day, she was getting teased to the max by Simon and Oren about how Jevin had "made the first move." Still, she ignored them and went on to meet up with Jevin.

The second she saw him, she walked up to him and placed a kiss on his cheek. "And you're terrible at admitting you have a crush on me."

"Well... now I'm guilty as charged."

Pinki finds herself smiling and hugs onto Jevin tightly. They then go on a stroll together with Jevin remaining as silent as usual. But this time, she didn't mind his silence. All she wanted was to he with him, for for him, he also wanted to be with her.
