My Brother (The small Fire Fox in my Profile Pic) has the flue my universe and I think if he got a hug from Sonic he would be happier, his Oc isn't so he could feel the hug from his Oc :3 and I would ask Shadow but I feel like he would say "No" TwT, but I don't care as long as my brothers happy(I'm the one he's hugging while the Creature is out Protector)P.S Love you guys and My brother is a Giant fan

Turns out all that was wrong with Sonic's head was a giant bump, a little migraine from the impact, and just a small concussion.

The doctor said he'd be fine as long as he stayed in a fully dark or mostly dimly lit room for a few days, which meant no running for Sonic.

The blue-furred hedgehog was rightfully horrified at the news and fainted.

Shadow had chosen that moment to thank the doctor and carried Sonic back to his own place so he could keep an eye on the blue idiot and make sure he didn't disobey the doctor's orders.

That was all an hour ago.

Currently Sonic was sitting up in Shadow's bed, sporting a notable pout on his muzzle.

Sonic: Can I please go outside?

Shadow, who was trying to catch a large spider that had gotten into his home, didn't even turn around.

Shadow: Sure.

Blue ears perked up, and Sonic was about to cheer in victory when Shadow ruined it by continuing as he tracked the spider with his eyes.

Shadow: If you want your eyes to burn from the sun, your migraine to spike, and your nausea to get worse, then by all means go outside.

The blue hedgehog groaned and flopped back with a small grumble.

Sonic: Stupid logic. Stupid floating screen. Stupid sun. Stupid migraine and stupid concussion!

Slamming a plastic container over the large spider on the wall, the black hedgehog turned his head to Sonic with a small snort.

Shadow: That's alot of stupid.

Another groan came from the bed.

Sonic: I know!

Using one hand to keep the container in place, Shadow reached over to the side and snatched a thin piece of cardboard. Lifting one of the corners on the container a tiny bit, he slid the piece of cardboard under it, fully trapping the spider and now giving him a way to transport it outside.

Grinning in triumph Shadow slid his hand under the cardboard to keep it in place now with one hand on the container and the other keeping the cardboard piece in place. Shadow made his way outside and walked several feet away from his home, crouched down, and let the large spider go.

After watching the thing scurry off, Shadow walked back inside only to find that within the 2 minutes he was outside, the floating screen had shown up.

Raising an eyebrow, the black-furred hedgehog walked over and joined Sonic, who was already reading the new question brought to them.

Reading over the question, Shadow immediately got a strange look on his face and wandered off somewhere out of sight.

Blinking Sonic watched him go before giving a light shrug and finishing reading over the question.

Straight away a smile breaks out on Sonic's face.

Sonic: I'd love to give him a hug!

Right after the words left his mouth, a small fire fox boy appeared out of the floating screen and stared at Sonic in awe.

Sitting up, Sonic threw his legs over the side of the bed and held his arms open.

Sonic: Hug?

The little fire fox boy didn't waste any time to throw himself at the blue hedgehog, who tightly wrapped his arms around the fox boy. 

Neither noticing the red eyes watching them from the shadows.

Sonic squeezes the little fire fox boy for a second before releasing him and patting his head.

Sonic: Hope you get better soon because being sick sucks!

The little fire fox boy nodded and whispered a small "Me too," then also a small "Thank you," before turning to leave, only to suddenly be trapped in black-furred arms.

Sonic gaped.

Sonic: Shadow?!

He wasn't the only one to be surprised since the little fox boy was staring up at the black hedgehog with the biggest eyes ever.

Shadow ignored Sonic and instead stared down at the little fire fox in his arms for a long moment before releasing him from his arms, patting his head, and looking away with a small embarrassed look on his face.

Shadow: Just...um, get well soon, kid.

The little fire fox beamed at him and gave the Ultimate Lifeform a nod before the floating screen disappeared, taking the little guy with it.

Shaking his head, Shadow looked over at Sonic, who was still sitting on the edge of the bed, gaping at him, making the black-furred hedgehog roll his eyes.

Shadow: I do have a heart, you know.

Sonic snapped out of his shock and pointed at him.

Sonic: But you've never voluntarily hugged someone unless it's me! And you didn't even do that until 2 months into us dating.

A shrug came from the black hedgehog.

Shadow: What can I say? I have a soft spot for sick children.

He suddenly walked over to the bed and shoved Sonic back down into a lying position before covering him with the blanket.

Shadow: Now shut up, lie down, and rest, you damn idiot.

The blue hedgehog groaned and whined at the thought of resting but fell silent within 15 seconds of his head hitting the pillows.

Shadow shook his head at how fast Sonic zonked out before walking off to see if he had any soup that his blue idiot could eat when he inevitably wakes up in an hour.
