Stella set her chin down on her guitar as it sat in her lap. she was trying to write a song, but it was getting harder by the minute. it was starting to sound like another song she'd known.
she sighed, rolling her eyes, starting to flip through her notebook full of her songs. it was from when she first started to the present day.
her song bad idea right had started to blow up around the pop industry. she hummed a tune softly to herself. she did some harmonies with herself.
she then got an idea with that same tune. she got out her phone, starting to record a video. "okay.. hi. i'm starting on a song and i think this is how i want the melody to go?"
stella shifted slightly. she started playing the song softly and harmonizing with it. her strumming was up and down but very slowly then starting to getting more fast.
she looked down at the paper. she swallowed any remaining spit in her mouth, starting to sing some lyrics that she had on her paper.
she was about a few seconds into the lyrics before having to stop because hair had gotten into her mouth. "ew, ew!" she said, trying to blow a raspberry to get it out.
stella then cleared her throat after she had gotten the hair out of her mouth. "and that's what i have so far before i was rudely interrupted!" stella said with a little grin, ending the video.
what she didn't tell the video that had just concluded was that the song was about gracie. it was called "messy.". it was about how much they had been in stuff since their break up.
she thought that she was over gracie, but now she was.. getting back into her? it was weird like that. whenever she saw gracie, she saw everything. everything was gracie.
stella wondered if gracie had felt the same feelings they had felt before. she felt that she did but you could never be so sure.
