FEW MONTHS LATER
(  september 23rd, 2023. )

        Gracie hesitated knocking on stellas door. even though they had been friends for a while, gracie always hesitated before doing anything with her.

when her knuckle finally hit the wood, it didn't even take a second for stella to open the door. stella had a smile on her face. "cie, you're finally here!  i hope you weren't just standing outside."

stella grabbed gracies wrist, dragging her into the living room with a breathy laugh. gracie saw that same bag that they had gotten while on the sour tour.

"i know it's like.. the evening, but i got breakfast tacos." stella said with a smile, holding the bag up now. gracie laughed and shook her head at stella.

"so i see you still love breakfast tacos?" gracie asked, already knowing the answer from the multiple posts on her fan accounts with her eating breakfast tacos.

"very very much. thanks for asking-  ooh!  which one do you want?" stella said tilting her head, her nose slightly scrunched up cause of her smile.

gracie looked at her with slight confusion as she stared at the tacos that stella had gotten out. all she saw was the tortilla and not the stuff inside of it.

stella cleared her throat before getting the receipt in the bottom of the bag.  "one has..  eggs, cheese,  and bacon.  the other has little bits of pancake, sausage, and bacon."  she read off.

"i'll take the first one, please and thank you." gracie said with a smile, taking the taco that gracie handed her.  stella sat down, letting go of gracies wrist and unwrapping her taco.

gracie sat down next to stella. she started to unwrap hers as well. the wrappers crunching as it unwrapped. "so.." stella started with a grin, taking a bite of her food. "any new music?"

gracie opened her mouth slightly before closing it.  the truth is, she was, but all of the songs were about her. "i'm making some actually." gracie said with a small shrug.

"really?" stella asked after fully digesting her bite down her throat.  "that's great, cie!"

gracie took a bite of her taco. it melted in her mouth from how good it was. "now i get why you love these so much."  she said, taking another bite almost immediately.

stella laughed at the girl, shaking her head.  "yeah you should!"  she said teasingly, holding up a plastic fork to gracie.

"why did we stop being friends?  we're so unstoppable together."  stella asked herself with a teasing smile. she looked towards gracie. gracie practically froze at the question. she shrugged.

"maybe cause the time wasn't right..?" gracie suggested, looking away with a small shrug. she continued to bite through her taco.  "i don't really know. we're together now though."

"yup!  that's all that matters."  stella said cheerfully with a grin. she took a bite of her breakfast taco, little bits of egg falling onto the sides of the tinfoil.

gracie smiled back at her but she was deep in thought.  she had sensed some sort of deja vu.  she thought hard, before remembering it.  it was the morning after they fought over the public. what if she just messed it up again?  it would retell again, just like from before like them.

i have to speed this up cause i need to update frances and have my main focus be on that. ( i cant when i keep coming up with ideas for this 😔 )
