"Kaz?!" I asked in a panic as I clung to the person above me.Deep below me was the multi-lane road. And if Kaz let go of me, I would just plummet down there."Kaz, put me down!"Suddenly I felt his hands loosen and I began to fall. I started to shriek in panic, but I was quickly caught again.Shocked, I looked up as a deep laugh rang out. That wasn't Kaz!

"You thought of that early," laughed the person my life depended on. Literally!I clung to the person again in case they let go of me again. I didn't want to go on that trip again.I could also feel my arms and legs shaking a little, and given that this wasn't one of my neighbors, it was pretty scary too.What had I got myself into?

"Juna!"I heard someone call my name. And I knew exactly who it was. Besides, you know very well that you would crash!"I heard the deep laughter again and noticed how we had increased our speed. My fingers automatically clawed into his skin."Bitch," he hissed in response.I could only say that back.

When a ball of flame suddenly passed me, I flinched.I was really glad that he was after me to save me, but I didn't know whether I should be glad that he was trying to shoot down the only thing standing between me and freefall."You don't stand a chance without your team!" my flight attendant shouted."Only you think that!"Kaz had caught up and was next to me. He grabbed my arm and was about to pull me towards him when his shoulder was hit by some kind of black ball. He hissed in pain and let go of me out of reflex. I immediately clung to my current plane again.Kaz immediately fell back a little as he held his shoulder in pain. But not for long, another fireball flew past."You should practice your aim!"

Not a second later, I felt a ball of heat in my back and a scream from the stranger made me look backward. A huge flame, as if Kaz had a flamethrower in his hand, grazed my captor's feet. It turned and changed direction so that the flame passed over my right leg. I squeezed my eyes shut in pain and tried not to scream. I couldn't stop a few tears from falling either.When the flames were out, my leg continued to burn. I had been injured."If you hurt me, you hurt her," I heard the words from above me."There was no reply from Kaz. But I could see him catch up with us again and try to reach for me again. Again without success, he was pushed away with a great force and flew out of my sight."We're rid of him," said my flight attendant and flew on unconcernedly, while I, clutching his arm, looked into the abyss into which I could fall at any second.

I opened my eyes and started to scream. Only a few seconds later, I realized that I was having a nightmare. I huddled into the cold corner I was sitting in and processed what I had just seen.In my dream, Kaz was trying to save me and just before he had me, he dropped me. And only when I hit the ground did the dream end.As I came more and more into reality, I could feel that I was soaked with sweat. I felt like I had a fever.And my leg didn't look any better. The pants were already gone in many places and there was a huge strip of burnt skin on the outside. Some small areas were bleeding, others were blistered.Just the sight of it made me feel sick, not to mention the pain that this injury caused.I also had another problem. I was locked in a small room. There was only a door with a small glass window between me and my freedom. I wasn't tied up, but I couldn't really stand up with this leg, let alone run away if I had the chance. The pain was too intense for that.So I had no choice but to wait here for my fate. Or for Kaz to find me. But I couldn't imagine how he was going to do that."Well, look what my brother has brought me."The door in front of me opened and a man in black trousers, a gray shirt, and a black leather jacket entered.
