I watched Simp- no, Brown run back inside the building I have no idea why he would want to go back but there must be a good reason. I looked around at everyone he saved, we all owed him our lives and more. Everyone here lost hope and some even thought they died, but he didn't, through it all he carved us a tunnel to the sun and didn't give us a shovel.
I could see some cameramen and speakermen getting anxious since he ran back inside, really what was he doing? It's only been a few minutes sure but he should be-
*BOOM*
There was a pile of smoke coming up through the way we just left, I looked in shock before a daunting realization hit me. Brown wasn't out of the laboratory. Everyone looked in confusion before they realized the same thing, I scrambled to my feet before running inside.
Smoke didn't damage our lungs anymore since we didn't have any, but what it could do was pile inside our mechanical bodies and freeze us in place until someone helped us out. Now it would take a long time for something like that to happen but the affects would be noticeable quickly, that's why it was so important to take an air shower daily so dust wouldn't halt our fighting skills.
It was hard to see where I was going my only clue that I was going the right way was the smoke getting denser and denser along with being harder to move. The building was terribly hot with me stepping over flames and hoping they didn't catch my suit on fire.
Eventually the smoke was so hard to see through that I considered turning back before I tripped over a Toilet and saw Brown right in front of me. He was groaning slightly and in noticeable pain, I scrambled to my feet and grabbed Brown by the coat and started dragging him out.
I bumped and tripped over several things my body even froze up a few times but even when it seemed like I couldn't move I just exhausted my core more just to go just a couple more feet.
Eventually I made it out capturing everyone's attention, some looked in awe and others in relief, I could see everyone had some layer of smoke on them given by how dirty and dark their clothes were, even my purple suit was no exception. It was nice to know that everyone followed me to save someone they held in high regard.
I looked at Brown in relief knowing that he wouldn't die. He might remain inoperable for some time but as soon as his systems clean he'll be back and ready for action, I called to everyone, knowing what we must do. "EVeRyoNe, BrOWn wILL LivE bUT hE Will Be InoPErAblE iF hE DOeS nOT gEt hElP." Everyone agreed and listened in to what I had planned. "WE wILL nEeD tO fIND An AlLiAnCE bAsE, sO LeTS NoT wAsTE aNY TiME!" All the speakermen let out a cheer and the cameramen all gave a thumbs up. We will get Brown to safety, all of us swear it.

I could feel my consciousness slowly return to me, my head felt groggy and I had to readjust my lens a few times to grasp the area I was in. Instead of being met with the cracking of a broken ceiling like many nights before this roof was clean and clear, it reminded me of Doctor cameraman's room.
I looked around trying to get used to my surroundings. Before I could see anything I started feeling around my location as the image of the room got clearer, the bed I was in was in comfortable and warm, and the blankets that were covering me were fuzzy and soft.
I had long forgotten what it felt like to sleep in such cozy environments, now that I could see around me I appeared to be in a hospital room with an overlooking view of a canyon. on the table to my left was a couple of flowers in a pristine jar and over a dozen letters to what I assumed to be written to me.
I seemed to be in a reserved private hospital room, the type only Plunger and Lucky would get, So why was I in one?
My head was hurting trying to recap previous events and how I could've possibly gotten to this room, my head hurt so bad that I didn't even notice the door open. When I did eventually notice I saw Squeakerman walk into the room, I glanced over at him, the first thing I noticed was that his unstylish purple suit was a lot brighter and more colorful, the second thing I noticed was his voice.
