I woke up with my lens fogging, the room was blistering hot which caused my cooling system to work in overdrive. I sat up trying to recall previous events, 'oh yeah.' I said in my head.
I got a new room with the rest of my squad, cameraman #789 declared war on me for TV woman, I technically had my first kiss with #211. I turned to camerawoman #211, she was hugging her blanket rather tightly. It looked cute.
I felt my core heat up a little before turning away, shameful for what I was thinking. I looked at everyone else in the room, they were all asleep. Even now I wake up before everyone else. No use in breaking habits I guess.
I stretched a little before walking to our closet and picking up a new outfit. When I put on my iconic outfit I took notice in how clean and vibrant it was. Apparently for my entire stay in the prison and the fight against Scientist Toilet #1 I had been using the same set of clothes.
Putting on the new suit felt almost foreign, no more wrinkles, no more stitches. I looked like a gentlemen again and I swear my tie was glowing. I examined myself in the mirror, hitting a couple poses before walking out.
When I walked out I looked at the clock in our room, 7:25. It wouldn't hurt to walk around. Unlike our old base this one would allow for free rein whenever as there were guards and security cameras everywhere.
When I left the room I made a hard left with no clear indication on where I was going. I didn't encounter many people as it was early but I did run into someone special. I heard a strange yet familiar noise around the corner, curious I peeked in and saw TV woman.
I felt like my core got hit with a jumper cable, I waved nervously at her. She smiled displaying an ^w^ face at me as she waved back before approaching me. This is insane! The first time I thought was a fluke since she only checked on me was because she was worried about me since I helped her!
But now she's approaching me again! And I don't even have to do that weird hugging thing like before. 'How are you?' I signed as she stopped a few feet from me.
Nothing, she was like that last time to... so I continued, 'I never properly thanked you for checking up on me.'
For a split second her face went /// I'm not really sure what that means. I glanced behind her trying to continue the conversation, 'what's that?' I signed.
Behind her was a small box, she gave me a Owo face and signaled me to follow her. She grabbed the box and we walked side by side to who knows where. 'So, what's in the box?'
She looked at me, before turning away. I can't really call this suspicious as she's doesn't talk at all. An awkward silence surrounded us as we kept walking, I would love to sign anything at her but everything I say is met without a response.
I could tell her about the spy but that's tight lipped information, do I really want to let it slip? I trust her, I love her, but the effects of the previous abandonment don't wear off so easily. Instead I opted to remain silent, continuing this awkward moment until we reached our destination. Much to my disappointment.
We stopped outside a medical room, inside was loads of scientific and dangerous equipment. This room was more advanced than mine. I stuck close to TV woman, catching a few suspicious glances from the Doctors.
We made it to another set of doors, each one labeled the max letter was C with numbers 1-10 across each of them. We paused on door B-7. Being the gentlemen I am, I held the door open for her and she displayed a ^wO emotion. My core melted.
The room was dark for a moment before dim lights appeared and we could see what was inside. There was a table in front of us and on that table was Plunger. Oh man, I completely forgot about him.
