The break is over, and everyone has returned to school.
Keifer's Pov
"Jay..."
Mm?
"I talked to Yuri."
Huh, what happened? Jay asked.
"I think he will come today."
Really??
"Mm."
Jay Jay's Pov
"Hi, Jay Jay! Where were you all summer? You didn't even reply to my messages," C-in said, a sad frown tugging at his lips.🙁
I gave him an apologetic look. "Sorry, kiddo, I was busy...But I did reply to you after the first week.
You didn't reply or call again," I said, trying to pull off a sad expression, though I couldn't stop my lips from curving into a little smile.
Okay, okay, I was busy too."
He paused, clearly trying to play it off.
"So, you know, he came near to me..." C-in's voice softened, and he smiled, like a little kid talking about something exciting. "I went on a trip with Rakki and her family," he said, his words almost tumbling out in his excitement.
"Wow, you look so cute! How was it?" I asked, my voice light and teasing.
"It was so good!" he smiled, his legs bouncing with excitement as he recalled every moment of the trip.
I smiled,watching him. "Mmm," I hummed, still listening but distracted.
Just then, I turned toward the door, and my heart skipped a beat.There, standing at the entrance, was a familiar face, but it didn't feel familiar at all.
It was Yuri.
