In afternoon

The soft sunlight spilled through the
living room windows as I curled up
on the couch with a book in hand.
Nara walked in, holding her
sketchbook.

"Sissy... do you think I can draw
Him?" she asked, pointing to
our furry friend curled up
beside me.

on the carpet, flipping open her
sketchpad.
Rocky gave a lazy tail wag like
he approved.

We sat there quietly for a
moment—her drawing,
me reading.

Then—
Martha peeked in,

    "Miss, cookies are ready."

Rocky wagged his tail like cookies
were  meant for him.

But... They weren't.
They were for my keiran.
I will visit them in weekend.

I looked at my phone. My finger
hovering over the send button.

To keifer,
"Love you babe. Until scientists find
the end of universe 🥰💓see you
tomorrow"

jay's pov

After coming here our life Changed in
a different way.
In a good way.

Me and keifer got into different
universities for our degrees. We're
still in the same city, But our unis are
kinda far from each other.

A lot of times, I miss him,reminding
myself of the time we had In high
school. But I hope we'll get used to it.

"whenever we can, we meet up with
each other. London is huge, but
honestly, he'd drive those two hours
just to see my face." 💗
me doing the same.

"And definitely every weekend."

And today, I hope it will be
Something special.🥰

"So you're not really coming?"Astor
asked, smiling.

"Yeah," I replied casually, sipping from
my drink.

"He's in love, no wonder," one of them
laughed.

"You're lucky, bro. She must be
something ," another chimed in with a
knowing grin.

We were supposed to have a casual
dinner out tonight- just the boys .

But there is an event at jay's uni—
and she asked me to join her.

So yeah...I am going there .No regrets
