Diana cupped Krystal’s face gently, wiping away a stray tear with her thumb.
“Now, I won’t let you go anymore.”Krystal put her body into Diana’s arm as she finally believes.
Diana had chosen her.
A single tear rolled down Krystal’s cheek, and Diana caught it with her fingertips, her touch impossibly soft.
“You mean it?” Krystal whispered, her voice laced with vulnerability.
“With everything in me,” Diana said without missing a beat.
“I love you, Krystal. I always have.”
Krystal exhaled sharply, closing her eyes for a brief second, as if trying to steady the storm of emotions raging inside her. When she opened them again, something had shifted—a flicker of trust, of surrender.
But there was still fear.
“I don’t want to get hurt, Diana,” Krystal admitted, her voice breaking. “I don’t think I could survive it if you ever changed your mind.”
Diana’s heart twisted. She tightened her grip on Krystal’s hands, as if anchoring her in place.
“I won’t,” she vowed. “I won’t hurt you. I won’t let you go. No matter what happens.”Diana held Krystal’s hands tightly, her fingers trembling as she looked into her teary eyes. The weight of everything—the misunderstandings, the unspoken words, the years of longing—pressed against her chest, but now, she was ready to let it all out.
"Krystal," she whispered, her voice raw, "I don’t want to lose you. I don’t want to spend another day pretending that what I feel for you isn’t real."
Krystal’s breath hitched, her lips parting slightly as she waited.
Diana took a deep breath.
"I love you. Not just as a friend, not just as a fleeting feeling—I love you in a way that makes my heart ache when you’re not beside me."
She swallowed hard, tightening her grip on Krystal’s hands.
"I want to be with you. Not just for now, not just for a moment—
I want you to be mine.
Will you be my girlfriend?”Krystal’s eyes shimmered with emotion, her chest rising and falling with uneven breaths. For a second, she didn’t speak—she just searched Diana’s gaze, as if trying to see if this was real.
Then, a single tear slipped down her cheek as she let out a breathless, shaky laugh.
"You really mean it?" she whispered.
Diana nodded, and softly said, "More than anything."Krystal let out a soft, almost disbelieving laugh before cupping Diana’s face with both hands.
"Then yes," she murmured, her voice full of warmth. "Yes, Diana, I’ll be yours."Diana’s heart swelled, and she could no longer hold back.
"Can I?" she whispered, her eyes flickering to Krystal’s lips.
Krystal’s answer came not in words but in action. She surged forward, crashing her lips against Diana’s in a kiss that sent shockwaves through them both.
The first kiss had been tender—hesitant, full of unspoken emotions. But this? This was something else entirely.
Krystal’s fingers tangled in Diana’s hair as their lips moved together hungrily, no longer soft but desperate, needy. Diana groaned softly against Krystal’s mouth, gripping her waist and pulling her closer until there was no space left between them.
Krystal bit down gently on Diana’s lower lip, earning a sharp inhale before Diana deepened the kiss, their mouths parting, tongues meeting in a slow. It was rough, passionate, full of the fire that had been building between them for so long.
Diana pressed Krystal against the nearest wall, hands roaming on her waist, lips devouring. Krystal clung to her like she never wanted to let go—and she didn’t.
Because now, she was finally Diana’s.
And Diana? She was finally home.
