Inspired by The Black Lion's "What if DC sold the rights to their most popular characters" video, this is my interpretation of what the MCU (Or MEU in this case) would look like in that universe.

Movie 4: The Incredible Hulk
Set in 2014, this movie follows Bruce Banner, who at this point was a scientist working for the government. While testing an experimental gamma bomb, Banner sees a teen named Rick Jones in the blast zone. He rushes out to save him, but the scientists aren't able to halt the countdown in time. While Banner does manage to get Rick out of the blast zone in time, the scientist is bombarded by the gamma radiation from the bomb and transformed into the Hulk.
Hulk then destroys most of the equipment at the facility and rushes into the wilderness to be left alone. Upon seeing this, the government begins researching DNA left behind by Hulk's rampage, and manages to inject a soldier named Emil Blanski with a prototype "Hulk serum." This turns him into the Abomination, a Hulk-like being who unlike Banner and later Ross, kept his mental faculties. However, drunk on this power, he leaves to find and kill Hulk himself.
Meanwhile, Banner is in hiding with Rick Jones aiding him, and Rick is the one to give Banner's transformed state the name Hulk. Bruce manages to contact his old friend Samuel Sterns, who begins working on a cure to Banner's condition. However, as Banner goes to meet up with him, Abomination attacks them. Sterns is injured by Abomination, and this causes Bruce to Hulk out.
Hulk and the Abomination fight throughout Harlem, and the Hulk eventually manages to get the upper hand and nearly kills Abomination by strangling him. However, Rick manages to convince him to stop at the last moment, and Hulk then flees. Following these events, Bruce goes into hiding and Rick is arrested for his association with him. Blanski is also arrested for the destruction of Harlem.
In a post credits scene, we see Sterns in a hospital slowly turning green.

Movie 5: X-Men
2 years have passed since the events of Spider-Man v Wolverine, and in congress, US president Oliver Gyrich passes a "mutant registration act." Mutants were a group of humans that had existed for centuries and had been prosecuted for being different. The mutant registration act would force mutants to reveal their identities to the public by August 4th. Meanwhile, a young mutant girl named Anne-Marie first unlocks her powers while kissing her boyfriend, draining his energy to the point of near death.
Panicked, she flees into the woods and comes across Wolverine searching for answers to his past. The 2 befriend each other and journey the Canadian wilderness together until being ambushed by the mutant Sabertooth, who the mutant Magneto had sent to retrieve Anne Marie. Logan and Sabertooth fight until they are eventually broken up by 2 mutants, Cyclops and Storm.
Sabertooth retreats and Logan and Anne Marie are brought to the Xavier's school for Gifted Youngsters by Cyclops and Storm. The school is a place where mutants can learn how to control their powers, and Cyclops and Storm introduce Logan to Professor Xavier, who explains the purpose of the school to him.
Xavier also reveals that he and Magneto were once friends, but had separated due to their differing views on mankind. Xavier believed that humans and mutants could coexist, while Magneto's experience with the Holocaust made him believe that the only way for mutants to thrive would be if humans were destroyed. Logan and Anne Marie, who was given the codename Rouge, soon join the X-Men, a team of heroic mutants formed by Charles to promote his dream of a world where humans and mutants could coexist peacefully.
The current members of the X-Men were Scott Summers, AKA Cyclops, Jean Grey, Hank Macoy AKA Beast, Ororo Munroe AKA Storm, Warren Worthington III AKA Angel, and Bobby Drake AKA Iceman. Logan and Jean have romantic tension despite Jean's pre-existing relationship with Cyclops, causing the 2 to form a rivalry.
Xavier also learns that Magneto's plan is to force regular humans out of New York city and turn it into a mutant exclusive state, then using Rogue to turn all non-mutants on Earth into mutants. Knowing that the X-men were planning to make a move against him, Magneto anonymously sends a note to Gyrich revealing the school's location. Gyrich sends prototype mutant hunting machines called Sentinels to the school and kidnaps Beast.
At the same time, Magneto and his brotherhood of mutants, consisting of Magneto himself, Sabertooth, the Blob and Juggernaut, attack the school as well. Rouge is taken in the mayhem, and the X-Men pursue the Brotherhood to Manhattan. After an epic final battle against the Brotherhood and the prototype Sentinels, the Sentinels are destroyed and the brotherhood are sent to prison except for Sabertooth, who escapes.
After the battle, Xavier tells Logan that he had peered into the deepest part of his mind and found repressed memories of a facility near Alkali Lake. Logan decides to head there, and departs for it on a motorcycle. The post credits scene is President Gyrich being approached by scientist Bolivar Trask, the original creator of the sentinels, with the blueprints to even more powerful sentinels so that they could finally destroy the mutants. (This is never followed up on)
