Inspired by The Black Lion's "What if DC sold the rights to their most popular characters" video, this is my interpretation of what the MCU (Or MEU in this case) would look like in that universe.

Final movie: Logan
Set 12 years into the future, we see a desolate world run by villains. Logan is now a retired old man living alone in a small hut in the deserts of California. The Adamantium that had been applied to his bones decades prior was now slowly poisoning him, draining his healing factor and causing him to visibly age rapidly.
Logan is forced to constantly pay rent to the Hulk gang, the inbred children of Hulk and She-Hulk. The radiation that blankets America has caused them to age rapidly so that they are all adults despite all being only 8 to 10 years old. One day, the rent becomes overdue. With nothing left to give the Hulk gang, Logan goes out to try to reason with them, having taken a vow of non-violence after a traumatic event.
However, the Hulk gang already knew that he didn't have the rent, so they beat him up and told him that if he didn't give them double the rent next month, they would kill him. Once Logan returns home, he is surprised to see a woman and an 11 year old girl waiting for him. The woman says that her boyfriend was trying to kill her and the girl was her daughter, promising Logan a significant sum of money if he helped them.
Logan agrees, but the next day he finds the woman murdered. He digs into her pockets and finds a video that reveals that she was named Gabriela Lopez, and that she was a scientist working for Alkali-Transigen. They had been cloning several mutants in order to turn them into soldiers, but Gabriela had helped one of them escape.
That clone was the 11 year old girl, who is revealed to be a clone of Wolverine named Laura. The recording of Gabriela asks Logan to bring Laura to a mutant safehaven called Eden, but Logan is reluctant. At that moment, Logan and Laura are suddenly attacked by the ones who killed Gabirela: Donald Pierce and the Reavers, which included the Hulk gang. Logan refuses to fight back, but Laura does and kills many Reavers.
However, she is overpowered and nearly killed until Crossbones suddenly arrives, driving off the Reavers. The Hulk gang leave out of boredom, and Crossbones asks why Logan didn't fight back. He heard of how violent he was. Logan simply tells Crossbones that he's broken. Crossbones then reveals that he was also hired to bring young mutants to Eden, and offers Logan half of his money if he helps him.
Reluctantly, Logan agrees to help and begins driving to Eden's coordinates with Laura and Crossbones. Along the way they pass through hammer falls, formerly Las Vegas, the final resting place of Thor's hammer. While there, they take shelter with a family and bond more with each other. It's then that Logan decides to tell Crossbones why he hadn't popped his claws in a dozen years.
Shortly after the events of Thor, the supervillians had all decided to team up to finally crush the heroes once and for all. The X-mansion had received emergency communications from SHIELD about this, which sooned turn to static. Unfortunately, the villains then broke in, and Wolverine slaughtered all of them. Sadly, it's soon revealed that this was actually an illusion created by Loki, the "villains" being the other members of the X-men.
Stricken with grief, Wolverine had ran into the wilderness and attempted to commit suicide by laying his head in front of train tracks. This attempt failed, but Logan had decided that "Wolverine" was dead anyway and so had retired to isolation in California, soly going by Logan. Unfortunately, after Logan finishes telling the story, the Hulk gang and another Wolverine clone dubbed X-24 break in and kill the family.
He then attempts to take Laura, but is attacked by Crossbones. To save his surrogate daughter and friend, Logan hops in an SUV and rams into X-24, then escaping with Taskmaster and Laura. The Reavers and Hulk gang then bring X-24 to their main base and begin speeding up his healing factor.
The movie then plays out the same as the 2017 Logan movie for a while after this until the children are captured. Logan and Taskmaster arrive to save them, but come face to face with not only Zander Rice, head of Alkali Transigen, but a 66 year old Bruce Banner. Bruce explains that the reason he turned evil was because of exposure to further gamma radiation when the villains dropped a bomb on New York City, and he had been the one to lead them in their takeover of America and the superhero massacre.
The reason he had allied with Alkali Transigen was so that he could enhance his body and become the strongest being alive. Enraged, Crossbones begins fighting X-24 to attempt to save the children, but is then attacked and ripped apart by the Hulk gang, begging Logan in his final moments to save the kids. Enraged by the loss of Crossbones, Logan realizes that there was only one course of action left.
He takes a serum that restores his healing factor, but has dangerous side effects once it wears off. He proceeds to slaughter the reavers and the Hulk gang, but Banner then transforms into a larger, stronger Hulk who fights Logan alongside X24 and ultimately eats him. However, Logan explodes out of Banner's body, killing him.
It's then that the negative side effects of the serum Logan took begin to kick in, and Xander Rice tells him that he had been bribing corn companies to spread genetically modified food that made it so that no natural mutant births had occurred for the last 25 years. His father had been killed by Logan when he had first been experimented on by Weapon X, so he had a personal interest in him.
He had also bargained with the supervillains to spare him when they took over and planned to take over the Hulklands once executing Banner and the Hulk gang when they outlived their usefulness. After this speech, Logan shot Rice in the throat, killing him. Afterwards, Logan and Laura engage in a final battle with X-24, with the other kids backing them up.
X-24 fatally wounds Logan by stabbing him in the shoulder and impaling him on a tree, but Laura then kills him with an adamantium bullet that Logan had been saving for himself. In his final moments, Logan begs Laura not to be the weapon Alkali Transigen made her to be before finally dying. The mourning children bury Logan in Canada, and as they head further to safety, Laura makes Logan's gravemarker into an X to honor him. And so, the MEU ends.
