Inspired by The Black Lion's "What if DC sold the rights to their most popular characters" video, this is my interpretation of what the MCU (Or MEU in this case) would look like in that universe.

Movie 12: Baron Mordo
This movie follows Karl Mordo, a former student of the Ancient One who left to find his own way in life. He had been raised by abusive parents, and the ancient one had taken him in and taught him the mystic arts. After decades of soul searching in the himalayan mountains, he returns to the mystical city of Kamar Taj, only to find it being attacked by an anti-metahuman group known as the Friends of Humanity.
Enraged, Mordo brutally attacks and kills many of them, catching the attention of SHIELD. Nick Fury decides to call in a new team of heroes that had been formed just the previous year: The Avengers. The Avengers consist of Iron Man, The Hulk, and newer heroes Thor, Ant Man and the Wasp. Upon hearing of the kind of danger Mordo posed, the Avengers agree to bring him in.
They head to Kamar Taj and engage Baron Mordo in combat, managing to put up a good fight against him, but they are ultimately overpowered. However, it's then that their battle unknowingly releases an ancient beast trapped within Kamar Taj known as Shuma-Gorath. The Avengers and Mordo are forced to put their differences aside to stop Shuma-Gorath, but not all of them survive the battle.
Iron Man, Ant Man, Wasp and all of the members of the Friends of Humanity are killed in the battle, although Mordo and Thor are able to kill Shuma-Gorath. In the aftermath, Thor and Hulk go their separate ways, and Mordo stays in Kamar Taj to rebuild it. However, he is warned by Fury to watch his back because he would come for him one day.

Show: Deadpool Season 1
This show follows Deadpool directly after the events of The Thunderbolts, as he struggles to cope with killing Hawkeye as well as his own trauma of his childhood and his self loathing due to both his facial scars and the lives he's taken. Speaking of which, it's here that we learn Deadpool's origin of being subjected to Weapon X experiments to cure his cancer, which gave him an insane healing factor but scarred his face.
He fights an original alien race that seeks to drain the life from Earth, and along the way he meets the mutants Cable, Domino, Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead, forming a team with them known as X-force. He also gets help from SHIELD agents Phil Coulson and Maria Hill. The main villain he fights is Ajax, one of the scientists who had subjected him to the Weapon X program. Deadpool manages to kill him after a long and emotionally taxing battle.
Deadpool ultimately emerges from the show as a happier and more content person, and we get a cameo from the X-men at the end of the season. The Thunderbolts are also revealed to the public at the end of the season. This series is transported to the MU.
