Inspired by The Black Lion's "What if DC sold the rights to their most popular characters" video, this is my interpretation of what the MCU (Or MEU in this case) would look like in that universe.

Movie 6: Wolverine and Iron Man
50 days have passed since X-Men, and Wolverine has arrived at Alkali Lake. Once he does, he finds nothing but abandoned, empty and decayed buildings near a dam. As he's about to leave, he is suddenly attacked by Sabertooth and a man in large, red armor. As they fight, Sabertooth is suddenly blasted away by another man in golden and red armor.
The man fights alongside Wolverine to drive Sabertooth and the other villain off, but before fleeing, Sabertooth tells Logan that Stryker was after him. Afterwards, the man in metal armor introduces himself as Tony Stark, AKA Iron Man. Through flashback, we learn Tony's origin of being kidnapped by the 10 rings organization and forced to make weapons for them, and how with the aid of the sacrifice of the scientist Dr Yinsin, Tony had managed to build his first Iron Man armor and escape, going on to become a superhero.
We also learn that the man in the bulky red armor was a man named Anton Vanko AKA the Crimson Dynamo, a villain that Tony had already fought in the past. After telling Logan his story, Iron Man asks why he was at the facility. Logan tells Tony that he wanted to know more about his past. Tony explains in turn that he had heard rumors of Vanko heading to the facility, and had gone to investigate and stop him from doing anything evil.
Wanting to help Logan, Tony takes him to his penthouse in Malibu and begins looking up weapon X. He eventually manages to learn of the original head of Weapon X, William Stryker. Stryker was currently living in California, and Tony believes that he might have answers to Logan's past. So, the 2 set out to California and begin a buddy cop adventure.
However, they are attacked along the way by Crimson Dynamo and Sabertooth again, as well as a cyborg woman named Lady Deathstrike and a mutant assassin named Deadpool. They fight them off several times, and Logan even manages to kill Lady Deathstrike despite Tony's protests. Eventually, the 2 reach Stryker's house and find him talking with a man who Tony identifies as his business rival Justin Hammer.
Stryker greets Logan and reveals that he had hired Sabertooth, Deadpool and Lady Deathstrike to hunt him so that he could recover his DNA and create more refined clone soldiers of him. He also reveals that he had teamed up with Justin Hammer so that he could help him get the DNA with the aid of Crimson Dynamo, who worked for Hammertech, and in exchange Stryker would give some of the Wolverine clones to Justin to sell to the military.
Wolverine and Iron Man then engage in a final battle against Sabertooth, Deadpool, and Justin Hammer in his own replica of the Iron Man armor, with him calling himself Titanium Man. During the battle, Deadpool decides to switch sides due to finding Wolverine cooler than Stryker and Hammer, and knowing the plot made him have to have a third act heel turn.
Stryker then laughs at the heroes, revealing that the building was rigged to explode if Hammer died, and saying that none of them would be leaving alive. Enraged, Logan pins Stryker to the wall with his claws.
(This scene then occurs but under different context)
Logan ties Stryker to a table and grabs onto Iron Man along with Deadpool, flying away as Stryker's house explodes. Sabertooth's fate is left uncertain, as he is last seen attempting to flee the house. Afterwards, Iron Man drops both Wolverine and Deadpool on the ground, and the 3 go their separate ways. Iron Man returns to Stark Industries, Logan returns to the X-Men, and Deadpool goes out on his own.
