This chapter was around 4800 to 5000 words long but I had to divide it into two parts to maintain the desired effect plus I had to omit a sequence because of the ongoing conflict as well.

"Abrasion on the head. Concussion too." The doctor in charge summarizes. "Full thickness cuts reaching till the level of the subcutaneous tissue on various parts of the body."
Vijaypath Rao sighs, nodding his head.
The Dogra patriarch sitting on the chair to his right tips his chin, "Continue."
"Periocular hematoma in the left eye. Slight shredding of the skin on the back." The doctor continues, "Stab injury is also there, but thankfully, not on her subclavian artery." He pauses, lowering his specs with the tip of his finger, meeting the patriarch's eyes. "Gunshot wound in the left arm. Again, no major arteries affected by God's grace, but you can just say that her left hand is gone for months now." He ends his monologue with a chuckle to lift up the tense atmosphere, majorly because of the Dogra patriarch's grave expressions.
